“Policy was simple enough to obtain. Tried to log into account afterwards and wouldn’t accept password. Called and spent age’s trying to solve problem and eventually sent me a link to reset.... then came up with message ‘sorry can’t make changes to your account at this time’. Most frustrating waste of time!”

“Other insurers wasted my time, going right through the quote and then coming up with a problem about the location at the very end - If their systems worked correctly you can tell the location immediately from the postcode which is entered at the start of the forms! - didn't have this problem with MORE TH>N”

“as a shareholder in Aviva Rsa I obviously insure with the two companies The lady I spoke to was helpful and competent and ensured the cover matched our car cover like for like and competitive price Insurance is now cut throat competition and online compares only price not service bad for all business as I know but a pleasant sales person as in this case is a great advantage”

“It took me alsmost 3 weeks and numerous phono call after I made my payment to actually get my policy. When finally got instructions for the online portal it didn’t work.”
