“Waiting 6 months for a phone call. Called many times, left numerous complaints but nobody called me back for 6 months. I'm a good customer with 5 pets insured on premier policies. Have now canceled all policies due to lack of communication. Its nearly 7 months later and still waiting for a claim back for my cat. Not good More than!! I'm now insured elsewhere!!”

“My pet insurance for my 3 dogs has them covered at a very reasonable price nearly £110 cheaper than what I was paying each month & the policy has more things covered it’s also very easy to talk to someone if you have a problem online Very Happy Customer”

“No notification of payment provided plus it took 10 days and two calls to get my docs. All insurers have slick doc issuing software. Not more than it would seem.”

“I got my pet insurance from more than after my previous insurance company would not cover my dog for ear infections, he had one earlier this year although I did not claim. More Than cover my pet for recurring illness, which I find gives more peace of mind.”
