“I bought motor insurance from More Than. The website was easy to navigate. Unfortunately there was an error on my Insurance Certificate. I rang twice to try to get this corrected. On my first call I was on hold for 44 minutes. After holding for 23 minutes on my second attempt I gave up and sent an email. This was responded to very promptly and the error was corrected with new Insurance Certificate issued in a couple of hrs. So, mixed results so far!”

“Having only just taken out the cover I can only answer re price and delivery of the documents etc. The phone sales person was very helpful, the price was good and delivery of the paperwork was prompt. Splendid!”

“Wasn't happy with my policy renewal quote so did the comparison with many companies and MoreTh>n equalled and actually bettered the contents and building cover I want for peace of mind and at a cheaper cost. Very happy with all the extra benefits I now have too eg freezer contents and replacement lock cover that I never had before.”
