“I was sent a quote for a renewal which I thought was steep. I had to go through the rigmarole of a new quote to get a proper price ... I think More Than should give this as an option and not just send out a renewal quote with a price increase. I’m happy with the outcome but I had to chase it. This is not good service.”

“The quotation for my motor insurance was really good. The completion of the online deal however was fraught with problems. Whilst the payment was confirmed the policy details were not including the policy number. Several phone calls and emails did receive attention with promises that documents would be produced and posted. The problem seems to have been with a glitch with the online system.. Documents diddulyarrive so all appears in order”

“Took ages to sort this out. I did find out though that loyalty did not matter a jot. I was surprised at the big rise in premium this year and decided to consult a ‘Compare Site’ instead of my usual acceptance of the premium WITHOUT QUESTION. I got a shock to find that I could must better value by getting another quote. I shall be more wary next time!”
