“Your Quote was the cheapest, moved from Diamond insurance. Would have stayed with Diamond as there customer service is fab, but £150 in my pocket made me move to you. Your customer service was good, helpful but not wow. Still waiting for my policy to be emailed?!?”

“My recent contact with more than for my car insurance was excellent.The experience of the telephone conversation was also very good as I have difficulty in hearing the gentleman I spoke with was very patient thank you”

“I have been with More Than for 15 years. I have had a flood claim and a fire claim during that time. The service was excellent during those trying times. However the latest renewal schedule significantly increased my premium (I have in the past accepted the increases due to service received). On this occasion after calling More Than I got a better policy at half the cost. I think this should be more automatic for loyal customers.”

“You should look after your existing customers instead of trying to drive them away when your insurance comes up for renewal because you can buy the same policy with yourselves on the internet because you give new customers discount”

“Website not designed for returning customers and doesn’t allow you to renew online. You have to go through the process of speaking with someone which is a lengthy process and a waste of time. A renewal online takes less than 15 minutes and speaking to staff takes you through an excruciatingly long time. Gives customers the idea to look elsewhere kindly address this!!!”
