“I mislaid my purse when I was shopping at Morrison’s Morton Park, Darlington this morning. The Customer Services lady, Mandy was so helpful. I’d been back to the store to inform them about my purse and had gone back upstairs to the course I was attending. Mandy remembered this and came to find me. This was really more than she needed to do as she realised how distressed I would be at having to inform the police etc

“Morrison’s really exceeded my expectations today, I had my shopping delivered for Christmas expecting to have a more than a few items out of stock or substituted just going by other supermarkets in the past but I was pleasantly surprised out of all what I ordered there was only on a couple of things out of stock and just one item substituted which was fine. My bridesmaid Emma got a phone call the morning of my wedding to tell me that Morrison’s had come to my rescue with krispy kreme doughnuts . krispy kreme basically let me down a couple of days before the wedding . I will never forget this phone call , it put a massive smile on my face .. can you believe it .. they were all eaten , Ben and I didn’t even have one � however , our guest devoured them and that’s what it’s all about !! Thank you Joe for showing me that we are still such a loving and caring nation !!!”

The lady serving made a fuss of him and gave him a balloon, a smile broke through the tears and peace was restored. She also packed my shopping for me as I had the baby in my arms by this point.
