Ordered 12 bottles of sparkling wine expecting them to be in cases. Unfortunately they arrived at click and collect loose. This is absurd as they are delivered to store in cases, I believe. Someone lacks common sense so will not use this service again.

Was having a bbq tonight for 12 people but when my delivery arrived more than a third was unavailable. I ordered loads of meat and all I got was a pack of 4 chicken thighs. Sent back all the bread as I’ve had to cancel bbq. You can understand 1 or 2 items being unavailable but this is unacceptable my last order wasn’t much better. Deleted the app , never again!

Morrisons in Blyth is great in all respects apart from their Covid policy of using one door to enter and a different door to exit the store. Nothing at all wrong with the idea during the pandemic, however, in practice it is far from safe or pleasant. Smokers are allowed to congregate around the exit door puffing away on their cigarettes leaving customers to walk through the clouds of disgusting cigarette smoke to leave the store. Gross at the best of times but in the current climate, breathing in smoke from other people's lungs is far from safe. I avoid the store now for that reason.

I tried to return a bottle of whisky that I got as a Father's Day gift - I simply wanted to change it for something else. The customer service desk flat out refused, parroting "it's our policy". I didn't even consider that they would have such a ridiculous policy, given that their competitors will happily take back alcohol. Will never shop there again.

By the attitude of your staff and state of your stores I am guessing that you are closing down soon or being taken over or being bought out, staff busy chatting giving wrong items at deli counter, bread, rolls, croissants not even on shelves I thought your bakers start early in the morning, what for?? Waste of time and money, cashiers too busy chatting, moaning and running the company down and I assume staff members too, that they are not concentrating on the job and double scanning customers shopping, sometimes three times, what a shambles, maybe a buyout or take over is the forward for you Morrisons, what a shambles of a place!! 🤬🤬

The Grocery customer service line from the Morrisons is paralyzed by the lack of common sense or autonomy from it's workers. The phrase " the computer says no" is no longer just a sketch show line it's go to strapline for the operatives who are not invested in any part of a customer service ethos or strategy. Trying to speak to a sensible manager who can actually think through an issue is near on impossible. If you write to them they don't read the actual text they just send out a corporate answer which in most cases ignores the nuance of the issue. Their current substitution policy is rife with issues & contradicts it's own purpose. You can't opt out of substitutions, you are supposed to read the email they send you an hour prior to delivery (the driver has no paperwork or sight of the order) Then supposedly because of Covid you have to inform him you do not want the said items. Before he hands them to you or you can't return them. The problem is they are not packed separately & he has to physically sort through all the shopping to find them, bearing in mind they are not in bags. Even then it's touch & go whether you will receive an actual refund & in general terms a fortnight later you'll of have to contact the clueless customer service operatives to make this happen. Promises to follow through will not be kept, call backs will not happen & you may be even accused of lying or making up the scenario you saw with your own lying eyes. Now lets talk Consumer protection, which protects us from any terms & conditions as it is a blanket for the UK. Morrisons are violating the 30 day no quibble on line legislation, the Distance selling & the Inertia law which covers the sending of more expensive substitutions & yours rights affiliated with that. This is who Morrisons are now, sharks trying to pull a fast one with their making it difficult to return unwanted more expensive substitution. If it happened once OK but it's happening every delivery & you only have to look at @MoneySavingExpert to see a whole forum of complaints about the same issue or you could read their attempts at advertising on Face Book because every add has a trail of comments from disgruntled customers on this subject. Are the powers that be so unreachable that they are allowing blatant scamming of their customers?

Home delivery. They used to be excellent but recently have gone downhill. About 3rd of items missing on last order. Ordered 2 bottles of brandy, substituted for 2 half bottles? If you email to complain, they always want photos, which I cannot do on my phone, that is if you even get an answer. Having a Tesco delivery for the items that were missing.

I am a weekly shopper at Morrisons in Woking and this week I activated an offer on my Morrisons app. The offer was for quote "5% off when you next BUY from Market Street Counters (in store Butchers, Fishmongers Bakery, Cake Shop, Deli and Oven Fresh counters)". Great I thought and took advantage and bought a considerable amount of meat, fish etc. On checking with the assistant on the till I found that this offer hadn't been activated on my bill. After waiting to speak to the Manager, who had to phone through to customer services I was informed that this offer was for one purchase only. When I asked where did it say FIRST PURCHASE ONLY I was told that it was in the Terms and Conditions!!!!! The Manager was very apologetic but unfortunately he was unable to recompense me. This offer is deceitful!!!! Morrisons should make it clear to customers and change the word BUY to either ONE PURCHASE or FIRST PURCHASE. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth and will think again about Morrisons being my regular supermarket.

Awful customer service, you have a few nice staff but the rest are utterly unhelpful, you ask a question you get " Dunno" and shrugged shoulders or they run away and hide, stock is below par, security guard just chatting up women, I have used the Holloway Road Branch a few times because it was near to me and every time it's the same rudeness from staff, checkouts are so unorganized and if a cashier sees customers coming to be served they give you a look like they are disturbing them because they don't want to work and I'm sure they put shopping through for family and friends. Lidl has opened across the way so off I pop or to Iceland.

DREADFUL. Went into the Bath store Thursday 17/6 one of the security guards at the door wasn’t wearing a mask. Nobody was sanitising trolleys or baskets. 10 tills but only 4 open queues all the way down the isles clearly they are trying to force everyone onto the automated checkouts. The poor woman on the till I went to was obviously suffering badly with her back but the supervisor just looked on uncaring. She had her mask round her chin though and the young man on the next till didn’t even have one. The woman serving in the restaurant no mask. Clearly Morrisons you couldn’t care less about your customers or staff. Shame on you.

I went to Morrisons in Portsmouth near commercial road today. First time I have been in about 9 months. What a dive. Untidy, overpriced badly compared to Tesco, Asda, Lidl, Aldi and even Sainsbury's. Speaking about Sainsburys, Our Sainsbury's was finally shut down after years. Very sad as that shop was warm, inviting and lovely staff. They definitely got rid of the wrong supermarket. This Morrisons in Portsmouth should be shut down. Not even really busy. People walking around without face coverings. The staff blocking alot off the Isles with pallets. The staff seem like they have all had an labotomy. Even the freezers had broken down in a lot of places. Easily the worst supermarket company in Britain. Inferior quality of lot of their stuff. Won't ever be back. I recommend everyone shops at Tesco, so much nicer. I used to think Morrisons was okay years okay but now it's an embarrassment, well this branch is Do yourselves a favour and avoid like the plague. Rant over😏

Why do I get this huge gut feeling that Amazon is going to take over Morrisons? 🤔

Bilston Store. This store used to open at 6am before covid. Then it was 6 to 7 am for NHS staff. Just to top it all off they are now opening at 7am. There are a lot of people that go into Morrison's between 6 and 7am. Why is it that they do jot even gave the decency to advertise the new opening times. I for one will not be going again.

Morrisons Holloway Road Store: What a shamble of a store, dirty needs to be closed down for a good refurbishment, shelves are never fully stocked, you will never walk into this branch and find everything filled, staff don't seem to bothered about anything only a few are pleasant. Checkouts are dirty, broken or closed down, why bother having them. Carpark don't even go there, too many staff in this place not bothering or interested about nothing, really this place has had its day, I have seen customers who were life long customers now shopping in Lidl and Iceland, as of today off I pop to Lidl and Iceland they will be getting my custom from now on.

Malvern Store Used to be really good Now constant empty shelves and lack of produce. Lack of staff at tills so queuing occurs up aisles hindering shoppers from moving through store. Looking to travel down the road to Sainsbury’s as had enough of such poor quality service. One positive is the Staff are trying their hardest but the management need to seriously look at the operation of the store as its so poor compared to competitors. Constantly discussing this with customers as stood in queues.

I went to Morrisons at North road Darlington today, at the Deli counter there stood the fattest serving person you ever did see. She was fatter than the fat controller. I was 2nd in the queue but this `fatter than the fat controller person' served the 3rd in the queue before me. Perhaps the 3rd person was a colleague, I was a bit miffed, as you can imagine, to say the least. No prizes for guessing why she works amongst the pies or who eats them. She might have case against Morrisons for constructive incapacitation.
