When visiting family, we usually shop in the Mayo Store because we live too far from a Morrison's down South. We always receive great service, friendly and helpful.
This visit we found the service spot on. I would like to thank the member of staff who came to ask if I needed any assistance. I was temporary on my own ,husband off looking for an item, in my wheelchair.
Check out again very friendly and efficient.
I went to look at the flouristry section whilest hubby took the shopping to the car. It was so well set out with well tended plants and cut flowers. The assistant Sylvia was lovley and I complimented her on the display she told me how pleased she was with my response . The display looked like she cared and I told her so, her response was yes she did enjoy her work. The section was in its self very uplifting and the best I have seen in any supermatket.

“My local Morrison is Ferry Road Edinburgh, last night I needed some advice about two chicken crowns I was about to buy, the butcher had just gone off duty,but another member of staff found him and he came back to his department gave me the information I needed and also offered to bone the chicken for me. For the last 2 years it has been supporting our charity - Coptic City Mission, which provides food and support to the homeless in Victoria. (www.copticcitymission.com) The store, the management and the entire team know of our mission and are absolutely AMAZING !
They have also provided support for our Church - St Mary and Archangel Michael Church in Golders Green. NW11. We oder a pallet of water ((960 litres) every two months. One visit to the team (particular thanks to Abs Isik) and they order the water, arrange delivery and help offload the pallet. A massive thank you from over 400 members of our congregation.

“Would highly recommend shopping online delivery with Morrisons. Great communication (i.e texts regarding delivery confirmation and updates) they also provide a system where you recycle your plastic bags by handing them back to the driver after each delivery (this may be the case with other supermarkets but not been made as clear!??!) I live in the Stockport area and staff all seem very friendly! love Morrisons will def be sticking with them to do my online shopping in future- by far the best experience I've had over any other supermarket.”
“First time getting shopping delivered with morrisons I was very impressed, they text the day before say if I want make any changes I could on the morning of the date I was getting it delivered they txt tell me the drivers name and registration number of.the van coming. When the driver arrived he was welcoming and friendly, the bags were all in labelled bags with frozen, fridge and cupboard so was alot easier put away. He went through the print off which is in the different areas they put the use by dates on and your savings made. When unpacking they had put a lovely gingerbread as a welcome gift”
