Morrisons hotcross buns. Shame there's no fruit or taste. They may be £1 for six but they are definitely lacking any content. Was looking forward to them very disappointing.

Today at Church Grange we enjoyed a lovely treat of sandwiches with loads of savoury food plus the essential addition of many cakes & scones. All the food was fresh tasty & enjoyed by us all. I would recommend the order on line service so eàsy & collection was very straight forward from Morrisons Heckmondwyke. We will definitely use again. Thank you

Chester Morrisons Saturday 7pm customer care zero % with management. Went there tonight to purchase some food and drink for the weekend after a hard long days work. When finished shopping went to check out and there was would you believe it there was NO tills open with staff so you had no choice but scan all items yourself and had a shopping trolly full so really did not feel like going through the effort when I’m going them about £100 !! Asked man at the self check out is there no proper tills open he very politely pointed me in direction of the team leader in charge confronted the young lady and asked is there really no proper tills open and she said NO we have no staff and walked away SHOCKING !! I looked at the self check out area and there was 3 members of stall assisting CUSTOMERS in that small area and the team leader as well !!! This is shocking customer services and do not deserve customers money. Feel free to feed back and happy to talk to you but ha ho you might not care enough to respond to this review if you even read it !

On FIVE consecutive visits to either the Gravesend or Strood stores, offers such as 4 for 3 where not automatically processed at the self service till. On each occasion a staff member was called to rectify the error and did so as if they had done it a thousand times. I consider this to be a deliberate scam and Morrisons have lost me as a customer for now. I will be testing them in the future and will make sure any further attempted theft is made public.

Home delivery from Bangor to dinas Caernarfon in Gwynedd , toxic north wales it’s now known as on the 6pm welsh news channel because of the endless out of control toxic behaviour of the locals in all professions in MAD MAX NORTH WALES . Morrisons man turned up nearly an hour early on Sunday 3rd march 2024 which did surprise and puzzle me . As well as the squashed tomatoes this time he damaged my property and after looking back on my security camera I honestly believe he did it deliberately in maliciousness and did wonder if that’s why he turned up nearly an hour early . I always go an open the gate for them but obviously on this occasion it didn’t happen because he surprised me by turning up nearly an hour before time when he was supposed to . To date after sending all the information asked for , along with photos from my security camera of the before and after damage I’ve heard nothing back from mr shubhangi Kaushik at Morrisons who first got in touch with me with all the apologies and they take these matters very seriously . 😂 yeah and that’s why wales as a country is in the state and mess it is . Wales is a very sad desperate place with to many wasters who have nothing to apart from gang up on outsiders like me and instead of these simple twisted people firebombing the outsiders property they now damage the properties in other ways along with throwing stones and stalking , trolling, spamming and cyber attacking me 24/7 since I moved here in 2016 . They have destroyed my life and refused me a normal life in wales and spread the gossip and poison around in every way along with don’t speak to him then laugh and freely shout out to anyone they see his made no friends. 😂 if I did that then the stalking and trolling of me by these 💩 sick crazy people would be over which isn’t in the cards as they like to get a hold and try and push people over all the way , sad thing is I’m not as weak as the others . My property has up set many it seems and the untrained sickening behaviour of the filth in uniform has allowed them to do it in this twisted sickening place they call dinas Caernarfon where they are in there own sick bent and backward world . Whilst renovating my property they have been spreading the poison , doctored photos in the local paper and others used by artificial intelligence to one another from women to women . One women who’s daughter worked at Morrisons said the one day by the time we have finished with him he’ll want to commit suicide? Sooner I’m sold up and out of this twisted bent backward place the better . The people love and live for intimidation and humiliation towards outsiders along with the numbers 2 and 3 which is disgraceful and sums up how sick , warped and out of control they really all are . Wales are nothing without the rest of the United Kingdom and as a country in no fit state to prove otherwise. Wales has to many problems and half the population of wales are in no fit state to vote for there independents if ever allowed so what would wales be without outsiders. In nearly 8 years I’ve had no more than 4 or 5 Morrisons home delivery’s and I’ll certainly not be placing another but since the damage to my property the sick 💩 next door have had a Morrisons home delivery again as well as putting up 4 railings by my side wall outside my front door .

Just want to give a shout out to 2 members of staff at Morrisons in Hartlepool and their exceptional customer service to my 80 year old father in law. He is disabled and had 15000 points on his phone which he couldn’t download as no verified email. His memory isn’t good and he couldn’t remember his email or password and The manager Victoria tried for quite a while to sort and then gave him a £10 voucher to spend in store as she couldn’t download the points. She also allowed him to keep all his previous points which left him feeling very happy. The 2nd member of staff Rebekah was equally as accommodating and deleted his account and made another with details I could keep for him. Plus he got a card which would be easier for him to use in store. These staff are excellent and made my dad in law a happy man. He has just had a lengthy stay in hospital after a fall and his trip to Morrisons today was his first outing with me since his operation. How lovely for these ladies to go beyond the call of duty for him. Well done girls you’ve now got my custom as well.

Went in morrisons today to do some shopping ,first of all I noticed the shelves were a bit bare , then went onto the bakery to get some sausage rolls , and as usual they are again behind the counter and had to wait till the guy served 2 people to ask for some , on I went to the sliced bread shelves and to my surprise it was in a mess with bread on the floor in trays and walked a bit further and a stack of bread left on the shop floor and not put out , went onto the fish counter and not much fish to be seen and it was the same on the meat counter . At this point I decided to go pay for the bits I had in my trolly to find people were queuing at the self service tills , now the assistant had closed half of the tills off because she did not want to keep walking up and down , I asked if she could open some up which she did and when I had finished paying she closed them again , the moral to this story is if you can't be bothered then I can't, so in future I will go elsewhere I've got a choice

I have 3 separate occasions from January 2024 with the collector schemes where I spend the qualifying amount and my more app does not update it. Each time I spend hours speaking to Morrisons Customer services where they say it is an I T issue and they will solve it. Usually they do not believe me as though I am making it all up. I am so fed up as they shouldn't offer the schemes where they cannot follow through and then it becomes a hassle to get the points back. I think it is unacceptable for the customer services to treat me like this. Each time I phone I speak to a member of staff who has no empathy and is one dimensional and promises to sort it out but doesn't. This leads me to another hour phone call. This is not customer services. Morrisons are dishonest as they are luring you into a scheme and not fulfilling their promise.

I normally have to shop at Waitrose because of my age as it’s the nearest to walk to but I now make the effort to walk to Morrisons as it’s cheaper on the items I buy and a better choice especially the potatoes which are Organic although I don’t normally look 👀 for them but why not if they’re cheaper.

Sheppey store.vienna rolls purchased after looking at the rest of bread rolls on offer. Pack of 4,£.1.29.with a date of 7th march. I should have known better. Tough dry an only fit to feed the birds. I could have purchased a loaf of bread and had better freshness and flavour.Morrisons is slowly losing my custom.

Morrisons Holloway London N7 6PL, dirty store, product quality gone down hill, shelves half fun and staff well where do i start unhelpful, rude, talk amongst them selves and ignore customers, argue with customers, always yawning and when asked a question always reply with " It's not my job, or it's not my department, or i don't get paid to do that". New CEO it's time to overhaul this store and get rid of a lot of the staff or just shut it down and let another retailer take this building over ASAP.

Went to Morrisons in Send, Woking. Only one person serving the Post Office and shop. Colleague turned up late, had no knowledge about banking so I left it and went to his other colleague to pay for my items. The items were not breakable, but there is no need to throw the items twice on the counter. These are goods for the customer and the customer keeps you employed. Quite clearly no customer service skills and/or lack of training.

I bought 3 prepacked vegetables yesterday, 3 for the price of 2. Sprouts and 2 pks of carrots and broccoli. When cooked they were tastless and hard. The loose Sprouts didn't look very fresh and jacket potatoes a lot of eyes in. What has happened to their quality these days. Also in the cafe at derby and ilkeston the teapots are appalling, certainly don't looked washes also knows on lid missing. To get clean cutlery is hard to find. Also after being charged full price for sandwiches which should have been £6 instead of £12. And on opening them although still in date were very stale. Needles to say morrisons have lost a good customer, will go to other supermarkets that hav4 fresher quality food and a cleaner café.

Do Morrisons have a currant shortage? Bought 2 packets of x4 Hot Cross Buns, to find hardly any currants, just a mouthful of (not even fresh-tasting) bread! Next they'll be telling me if I want more currants I will now need to buy a new, luxury versrion!

American Morrisons no more card!!… I forgot to show my more card yesterday morning, I usually get a prompt from the person on the till, that seems to have stopped!! Another ploy I think! I was told to go to customer services, then I was told that I had to ring the number on the back of the card. This is the only way to get your more points? The staff member apologised, and said “things have changed, it’s an American company now! it’s causing lots of problems “ I rang the number, and was confused at the length of time and red tape I had to go through, it went as far as having to wait a ridiculous amount of time for him to send an email, which I had to reply with a copy of my receipt! I had to do this twice? He had my more card number, so he could see all the information, even asked for my D.O.B? My points were only worth maybe £1.20. ? It was blatantly obvious he was time wasting, and I did become suspicious. I was left on music hold five times? He said he would give me a thousand points, my bill was £136.. I said that was fine, and that I was just wanting my more points. He then put me on music hold again, then came back and said he would give me five thousand points! I was now really concerned about the unnecessary time it was taking. After twenty five minutes, Yes, twenty five minutes?? I asked if the phone call was free, I was under the impression that 0345 numbers were free.. he said he didn’t know? Then, unbelievably put me on music hold again, so that he could find out?? He then said “ no, it’s not a free number, so you should get off the phone now”? I can’t express how shocked I was, and still am, hence this email.. I’m sure the cost of the phone call outweighs the more points!! I am wondering if this is a way to steal money, from a nation that is on its knees with a cost of living crisis. I’m confused as to how these issues can’t be dealt with in store, as they used to be, or can’t be dealt with on line? The only option to get the points redeemed is by calling the number on the back of the card! BEWARE!!! There is no mention that the number isn’t free, or an automated voice informing you of the charges? In fact, if I hadn’t have asked, I wouldn’t have known until I got my phone bill. I also think it’s incredulous that he didn’t know if the call was free or not, and had the audacity to put me on music hold to get the information? I am a disabled pensioner, and a loyal Morrisons customer for over ten years. I have nothing but praise about Morrisons Consett store, the staff are wonderful, I have often left comments about the kindness and help I receive. I use a mobility scooter, the staff go above and beyond. This is not the kind of thing I ever expected from Morrisons, taking into account, older people often forget to show their cards!! It’s bad enough that you only get points for things you don’t want to buy!! Such a shame we lost the real Morrisons ethics. I kindly ask if you could find a none chargeable/ simpler solution to this unpleasant issue. I notice that the information “About Morrisons Supermarkets, Information written by the company” at the bottom of the review pages.. there is no mention that” Morrisons “ is not owned by” Morrisons”!! It is owned by an American company now! Hence the lack of care, aggressive selling, and fairness we used to receive. Every response I received, basically said “it’s the phone companies who charge?? Really! All calls are charged at a standard rate which is set out by your Telephone provider. As you are a valued customer as a gesture of goodwill I have added a £5 voucher on to your more card for you, so you can have a treat on us. I got the same response to each of my emails.. I was asking them to inform customers of charges at the onset of the call, that’s the norm. A blatant lack of interest, and certainly not an answer or explanation. Kind of sums up how much you really don’t care. The writing is on the wall!! You need to learn to read. You have trashed a well loved supermarket.

I ordered 30 bottles of wine and was delivered 25. By the time I realised, the driver had gone. I immediately phoned customer services, who contacted the driver, but the driver confirmed there were no leftover bottles in the back of his van after he had finished his deliveries. Customer services interrogated me (had I miscounted? Etc, etc.) Eventually, they concluded that the missing bottles must have been delivered to another customer by mistake. I expected them to offer me a refund or replacement of the missing items, but they told me it would be subject to an ‘investigation’ and I would be contacted in 3 - 5 working days. This made me feel like a criminal – why was I part of the ‘investigation’? Did they doubt my word? Were they implying that I might be lying about not having received the bottles? After five days, I had heard nothing, so, again phoned customer services. I spent at least an hour on the phone while they phoned the depot, other parties involved, etc…only to be told that they would have to ‘escalate’ the issue and would reply in another 3 to 5 working days! It’s now the fifth day and I haven’t heard a thing! Surely, any self-respecting customer-facing company, would have given me a full refund or replacement of the missing items and then continued with their own internal investigations to find out what written wrong rather than leaving me still feeling as though I had committed a crime?
