“I sometimes shop online. I did so this week, edited my order this morning at 1am for my 19.30-20.30pm delivery slot. As always, there was a knock at the door and my order was delivered by 'Daniel'. By 19.35 it was all put away. Everything was there and no mix-ups or substitutes, the driver knew exactly whay he had to deliver and it was all ready on my doorstep. Fabulous service Morrisons,first class all round, I just cannot fault you. Thank you once again.”

All food separated into cupboard/freezer etc. No substitutes & was offered to check fresh produce, which I declined. 5p bag charge will be credited to my account when bags are returned with the next delivery.
