“We bought the Valentine Meal deal and were really impressed with how much choice there was and what good value. We went for the The Best Camembert tear and share starter, the Beef Wellington for main course with vegetable medley and cauliflower cheese, cheesecake for dessert and a bottle of red wine all for £15, saving £15 if all bought individually. Delicious, just wish Morrisons would do this meal deal more often.”
“I ordered a Morrisons doorstep delivery for today and yet again it went wrong I regularly order from Morrisons doorstep delivery and every time it never turns up on the day that I order it and three orders they never called me to explain and last week they called and it was well after six o'clock at night and said that it would come on Sunday and I have had a similar situation today and this has been the 5th time now and we are all shielding and no one can drive in our house and no one can leave the house and we do not have any family nearby to help us and I was promised a manager would call me back it has been over three hours and no one has contacted me”

“Instead of closing down your Camden Town Morrison this store was perfectly clean, huge and nice stall, why don't you close your Holloway Road Store for good, was in there and it's a dirty place and dim and I saw a rat no one interested and staff not interested in customers at all and just blank you. “I have today been on the phone to Morrisons customer services and pensions depts for at least 11/2 hours trying to sort why my daughter hasn’t been added to my on line discount. I was passed from pillar to post
And spoke to at least 10 people two of them managers and no one could help me. No reply to e mails One even sent me a copy of a form which as it was a copy I could not access. Morrisons Customer Services is the worst I have ever know. No one helps just passes you from dept to another”
“RUBBISH/ FRAUDS....Government guidelines just gone from this company, should have undercover press go in the stores and see maskless people, no social distancing and abuse given out to people...Then they will be closed down and should BE CLOSED DOWN, never have I felt such anxiety shopping in this place.”

“Morrisons has really gone downhill, the customer service skills that staff are suppose to have, have gone most staff have become rude, aggressive and I don't care attitude, management don't want to know your problem and hide. The stores are extremely dirty, shelves well not as full as the Morrison I know. It's time to overhaul and get rid of your top people and poor in store management and staff. The staff that are pleasant look haggard and tired and have aged overnight, such a shame. Morrison is no longer in the same league as the other supermarkets and a gut feeling tells me they won't be around much longer, maybe closures or a take over is on the cards.”
“Ordered an online shop for my 86 year old Father. Shop came on time but shame on the driver who left all the shopping on the door mat and then stood back and watched whilst my Father (with a heart condition and limited dexterity etc) struggled and became very distressed and breathless. Some 24 cans of beer went missing!? I have now made over a dozen calls to get an apology and compensation for my Father to no avail. Iceland and Waitrose offer humanity and care in these challenging and worrying times.

“The person below who says they work for Morrisons in click and collect I can understand what you are saying and maybe your store is one of the good ones but you can't explain why the customer service of some staff and management is atrocious and head office, no one wants to shop in store because they want to be safe and judging by what is seen Morrison is not following government guidelines too many people let in etc, and staff have a bad attitude now because they have been giving the title "Key Worker" you don't see nurses, postmen, bin men, teachers acting that way. Yes people are grateful to get food from supermarkets and shops but for those who have been treated shoddily by Morrisons when this lockdown eases and pandemic ends people won't forget their treatment from Morrisons whether it be staff, managers or head office they will go elsewhere and you know in retail they are forever getting rid of staff and management.”
“At the risk of saying I work for Morrison's click and collect. It's really really hard for us on a morning the fresh items like fruit, veg and meat get delivered daily we start at 4 most mornings just to have enough time to pick the orders. Sometimes were picking till after 1pm. Except when we come to picking fresh it isn't on the shelves yet so we have to go back round again after picking for hours to look for the items, the earlier you order the harder it is. so yes items may be there later on an afternoon but not always the case for 8am orders. I can only speak for my store but we try our very best for all our customers.”
“Morrison must have the worst staff and management ever employed (some staff are nice though but only a few) yes they have worked during this pandemic but so have others too ( including me) but it doesn't give them the right to shout,abuse or laugh at customers like Morrison staff. Where did you get these people from Morrisons? Managers don't care about anyone except their bank balance and profits. You should be fined for not following government guidelines, which you are not. Seriously Morrisons you need to restructure your staff and management, plenty people out there looking for work, young and old who can offer better customer service than what you have now! You do know that the customers pay your staffs wages, without them you wouldn't have a business. Be careful Morrisons because when this virus dies down people will not forget how they were treated from in-store to online delivery and will defiantly be boycotting you because reading these reviews you are peoples last option/ resort because other supermarkets are fully booked or too busy and that says it all and speaks volumes!!!”
“Why oh why does this company brag to the newspapers that they are " feeding the nation" and keeping their " customers safe in store" blantantly lying. “I agree with another shopper - website has many many “ out of stock “ items - in frustration after I collected my click and collect order went into shop and every single item was there ( 9 in total ) .. Yesterday had 4 fresh items of best before 31/1 or use by 30/1 it was the 30/1 !- well I guess it keeps their “ reduced counter” empty - just pile in in the online shoppers basket- Will look elsewhere I think - shame as the collection of order is slick at the click and collect device point”
“I have been let down 3 times by 2 no shows and 1 telephone call to say sorry carnt make your delivery out of date bread and rubbish fruit and veg fed up with it”
“Home delivery from there Oswestry depot is a joke , cancelled 2 weeks on the run , conflicting emails , cancelled then next morning delivering again only not to receive it, waited 2 hrs for click and collect alternative. Apparently management know of the problem but can’t sort it out , I have off to Sainsbury’s!”
