Our new style Morrisons in Welwyn Garden City, pleasure to shop in with excellent choice and I think the prices are very competitive now with Aldi. Plea to all supermarkets though, STOP USING SO MUCH PLASTIC PACKAGING!

Been internet shopping since may and the drivers were great. Last few weeks they are always in a rush despite being early. I've got inflamed hips and lifting and carrying heavy items is painful. Tonight delivery was early as texted and said yes as fine by me. As requested he brought the bags in but as was checking eggs he left heaviest items milk and potatoes on floor. First time that's happened and did say hips were bad , didn't notice until he'd gone. Otherwise everything ok.

DON'T SHOP ONLINE WITH MORRISONS I ordered some cigarettes online, only to receive an email saying my order was cancelled. Then I discovered my account was closed. I telephoned twice and was given a vague, general comment that did not address this cancellation specifically. "A business decision"? A very poor one. I'm well over 18, have an excellent credit record, and order online from numerous other businesses with no problems at all.

They have their store organised and are very cost effective. The staff are very helpful and friendly and my shopping experience has always been pleasant.

Pinchbeck store. Generally OK but fresh food quality is questionable. A lemon and bunch of grapes bought last week were rotten after 2 days. Also a £3.60 meal from their Best range had 3 lumps of steak which were so tough that they were spat into the waste bin.

Excellent. Wide varieties across stores. Have free parking and petrol oil facilities as well.

Clean store with helpful, friendly staff and consistent product ranges. As with many supermarkets, they just can't stop themselves from occasionally moving things around just to upset the complacency of the regulars! We do tend to notice that prices can jump up, and I know sometimes that I can get the same product cheaper at a competitor, but overall we like our smaller branch.

I was on a weekend break in edinborough and the staff at their portobello road store were very helpful in giving me directions and helping me refill my windscreen washer bottle

Leading the field with new gluten free products every week. What a brilliant breath of fresh air for Coeliac sufferers. Fantastic brilliant keep up the good work.

Store opens at 6am, but pallets all over the aisles, cardboard everywhere, no bread available because its "too hot" only one till out of 18 open ? Hot deli not open till 7am. No newspapers?? Staff morale seems rock bottom.... what the hell are they running?

They don't, I've shopped there for a long time, but I'm finding now they're sell by dates, are the next day or following no length on them at all, so I'm going to change where I shop, asda has good sell by dates

10 o'clock Sunday. Nobody has re-stocked the shelves . Litres skimmed milk , own make 6 pack yoghurts only strawberry (only 3 left ) Medium fresh chickens only 2 left . Numerous other items were missing or in short supply. Went to buy a rugby paper only to be told it has not been unpacked along with the majority of newspapers and no attempt to even look for it by the young male assistant , very offhand . Aisles were blocked by palates as staff were starting to re stock shelves .If a store is opening at 10 o'clock it should never be in such a mess .Shop here every Sunday and although we are often amazed at the fact the store has obviously not been tidied up , cleaned or re-stocked from the previous evening . Today was the worst shopping experience we have had for a long time . I can now understand why people in Aldridge travel a little further afield and go to either Tesco or Sainsburys. Aldridge store needs to change its ways or it will soon lose a lot of customers. I will now have to go out again and motor to !Morrison's in the hope that the newspapers are set out. Very disappointed.

Went into Morrisons in Dover today. Bread shelves not filled up at 0900 and various other items missing from shelves. Fresh bread shelves almost deserted and usual BB date issues with same. Prices rocketing up!! Why don't they see to shelf filling before store opens for goodness sake.
