When i opened the can and my 2 cats must have heard me ,they could not wait and where pushing my hand out the way to get to the food they had just eaten so I knew they were not that hungry but they could not wait to try the food. The gourmet was very succulent to look at at with lots of bits of chicken as the cats were sharing the food did not last long and I wa left with 2 cats wanting more staring at bow lthen me as if to say I want more. I would definately buy this product for my cats.

Had to open a case with resolver as my experience with morrisons was so bad. I am disabled with a heart condition and been a home delivery customer for 2 years. I try my best to make it easy for drivers especially during this current pandemic. I bought a shopping trolley from ebay, i put it in front of my door with a sign on saying they can put it in the trolley and thank them for a lovely service well I cannot say that anymore and I shall never shop with them again. Last weds my order did not come and up at the top of the app stated 'order delivered i thought I was going to have a heart attack, my friend had to come round and look after me. Half an hour later the shopping arrived by a very irate, bad tempered driver and when she was pressed on why my order said delivered when it wasn't and indeed isn't this against the law? She went crazy and said we were lucky to get any at all that she worked 12 hour days and my friend had an attitude problem, when we said we were on the phone to report this she said "they won't give a toss " she then threw 2 bags of shopping on the floor, goods were smashed, ruined for which I got a refund so my friend had to go to the van and fetch the rest of my shopping so the driver could not spoil any more. I was poorly afterwards and hoped I wouldn't have to go to the hospital. This is disgusting from one of the top supermarkets. I still can't believe it.

I bought a pair of shorts in the sale, leaving the store the alarm went off, I showed my recite to the lovely security guard who went and took the security tag off, when I arrived home I realised I had bought the wrong size....So I took them back to the store, somehow I had lost my recite on my way....I spoke to customer service, who said I needed proof of purchase, Ok....I asked to see the manager, the very same security guard said, explained I have seen her recite she definitely has bought them from this store, the store Manger was just going to let me exchange the shorts, when the assistant from the Clothing (nutmeg range) arrived and told him not too....He was the actually store manager being dictated to by a member of is staff....So if Morrisons Security Guard is not good enough proof of Purchase other than my original recite what is......Embarrassing situation for me...I find the staff in Morrisons Thornton Road Bradford rude and under-mannaged Edit Delete Share

My delivery arrived last night. I actually ordered 3 chickens, I didn't receive even one! Ordered 6 small tins of beans, only received five. Ordered 4 tins tomato soup, only received one. Ordered 18 toilet rolls, I received 36. Ordered 1 carton of semi skimmed milk size 2 pints. Received 4 pints. To date I have been charged for the missing items and the additional items! Have tried contacting Morrisons at Scunthorpe, but to no avail. Have tried phoning a regional number but apparently there is a 21 minute wait time. Like someone else who left a review. I followed the web site instructions.which states that you need to click on the orders tab, then click on the request link under refund. Non of this actually exists!!! All I want is what I actually ordered and a refund for the goods I didn't order.

Kings lynn Morrison’s I wanted some flower buckets and asked at customer services, they didn’t think they had any. Peter who Works in store, but wasn’t in work at the time, was ahead of me in the queue and heard my query. He went off to find some buckets and cane back with some. So helpful and it wasn’t in his work time so gave up his free time to help me. Thank you!

I ordered a bottle of spirit and when it came the security tag was still attached. Trying to get through on the phone took ages and when I did get to speak to someone they said someone would be out that day to exchange or take the tag off the bottle. That was yesterday and I am still waiting. Sorry but not my mistake and I don't particularly like sitting waiting around. Also I have realised both loaves of bread I ordered have the same use by date i.e.: the day after delivery can people not check for slightly later dates?

Delivery didn't turn up during the allotted time frame. Customer services no help at all. No notification that delivery might be late, no apology for any of failures. Had to cancel as it was getting too late at night and now left with no shopping.

What on earth does "CUSTOMER SERVICE" mean? The one with one star previous. No details whatsoever. Odd. The delivery driver arriving two hours early is a disgrace and actually warrants only one star and none if it were possible. The idea of slots is so we, the ripped off Morrisons customers, can know when to be at home to accept delivery. Typical couldn't care less attitude of this company.

Visited Kings Lynn store this evening for 5 bags of compost. Very heavy items and my husband is disabled and couldn’t lift them into the trolley. A very very helpful assistant called Peter came to our aid put them into the trolley And wheeled it to the checkout and then to our car and put the bags very neatly into the boot. We were so very grateful to Peter as another assistant had refused to help.

Second time ordering a Morrisons delivery, I have had great experiences both times, will definitely order again! Also, my delivery driver came two hours earlier which was great as it meant I didn't have to wait too long to make dinner. Thank you, Bradley, for your speedy delivery :)

I will never order from Morrisons again! It seems every week i order there are items missing. This week i had 8 items missing which total £15 rang customer service, waited half hour on phone only to be told department i got through to was wrong! waited another half hour and gave up as still no one had answered! extremely bad service and definitely will not use again! Not happy at all! There are plenty of other supermarkets which i am sure provide a better service.

Worst delivery ever. Delivery from Bishop Auckland branch. Rubbish service for expensive Saturday delivery slot. 4 people in the van. 3 of them I dont think were from the shop. One just sat there and waved. I ordered 32 items. Received 5 plus someone elses order. Driver blamed the packers . Partially got resolved but some of my order was missing and doing a tour of the north east so waiting for the driver drop off. Not impressed as 2 days on the bread when normally there is at least 4. Was a buy one get one free offer. Well I didnt get the freebie. Driver was friendly enough but I will not be paying for a overpriced sloppy delivery slot again.

Morrisons have made me extremely unhappy. I was phoned , apologetically, by the driver (27th August) to say that due to technical problems my order would not be delivered. I was advised to phone the Customer Services on the phone number listed at top of the invoice to find out if and when I could receive my order. I have been trying to get through and it is now the 29th...and when I do I am asked for my postcode. I give it (speaking clearly) and the automated voice does not recognise it!!!! Whaaaat?? Then I am told to hold to speak to an advisor but it will mean me holding on for 33 minutes. I have sent them an email to ask if they have refunded my money and have had no reply. We do not do online banking so have to wait for our bank statement to arrive in the post before we can check this. Has anyone else had the same problem? I am minded to call my local newspaper to see what they have to say!! I need a reply to my email...and as it is Bank Holiday I will send another one ready for when the office opens (I suppose) on Monday.

Do almost all my shopping and buy all my fuel from Morrisons garage. Especially enjoy visiting the cafe. All food is freshly prepared, not left under heaters for ages as with other supermarket cafes. The cafe at Sutton in ashfield Morrisons is outstanding. The staff are really helpful. All can't do enough to help and make you feel very very welcome. Especially did we find the manageress who runs a well organised and efficient cafe a very nice and pleasant person. Although we visit the cafe every week and will continue to do so. We have found your generous all week 50 percent off offer most welcome. Thank you well done Morrisons. Keep up the good work.

Visited Morrison’s in Northampton Kettering Road today 28/08/20 and it seems that social distancing controls have all gone. No queue outside so it’s a free for all as you enter. No markers in store at all and the queue system that has worked well through the whole of the lock down has now disappeared. Loads of people queuing down all the aisles with people pushing past trying to get to the shelves. Impossible to social distance. Even the staff commented that it wasn’t good and they felt vulnerable again. Has Morrison’s given up on customer and colleague safety?. Won’t be back anytime soon!
