Second time ordering a Morrisons delivery, I have had great experiences both times, will definitely order again! Also, my delivery driver came two hours earlier which was great as it meant I didn't have to wait too long to make dinner. Thank you, Bradley, for your speedy delivery :)

I will never order from Morrisons again! It seems every week i order there are items missing. This week i had 8 items missing which total £15 rang customer service, waited half hour on phone only to be told department i got through to was wrong! waited another half hour and gave up as still no one had answered! extremely bad service and definitely will not use again! Not happy at all! There are plenty of other supermarkets which i am sure provide a better service.

Worst delivery ever. Delivery from Bishop Auckland branch. Rubbish service for expensive Saturday delivery slot. 4 people in the van. 3 of them I dont think were from the shop. One just sat there and waved. I ordered 32 items. Received 5 plus someone elses order. Driver blamed the packers . Partially got resolved but some of my order was missing and doing a tour of the north east so waiting for the driver drop off. Not impressed as 2 days on the bread when normally there is at least 4. Was a buy one get one free offer. Well I didnt get the freebie. Driver was friendly enough but I will not be paying for a overpriced sloppy delivery slot again.

Morrisons have made me extremely unhappy. I was phoned , apologetically, by the driver (27th August) to say that due to technical problems my order would not be delivered. I was advised to phone the Customer Services on the phone number listed at top of the invoice to find out if and when I could receive my order. I have been trying to get through and it is now the 29th...and when I do I am asked for my postcode. I give it (speaking clearly) and the automated voice does not recognise it!!!! Whaaaat?? Then I am told to hold to speak to an advisor but it will mean me holding on for 33 minutes. I have sent them an email to ask if they have refunded my money and have had no reply. We do not do online banking so have to wait for our bank statement to arrive in the post before we can check this. Has anyone else had the same problem? I am minded to call my local newspaper to see what they have to say!! I need a reply to my email...and as it is Bank Holiday I will send another one ready for when the office opens (I suppose) on Monday.

Do almost all my shopping and buy all my fuel from Morrisons garage. Especially enjoy visiting the cafe. All food is freshly prepared, not left under heaters for ages as with other supermarket cafes. The cafe at Sutton in ashfield Morrisons is outstanding. The staff are really helpful. All can't do enough to help and make you feel very very welcome. Especially did we find the manageress who runs a well organised and efficient cafe a very nice and pleasant person. Although we visit the cafe every week and will continue to do so. We have found your generous all week 50 percent off offer most welcome. Thank you well done Morrisons. Keep up the good work.

Visited Morrison’s in Northampton Kettering Road today 28/08/20 and it seems that social distancing controls have all gone. No queue outside so it’s a free for all as you enter. No markers in store at all and the queue system that has worked well through the whole of the lock down has now disappeared. Loads of people queuing down all the aisles with people pushing past trying to get to the shelves. Impossible to social distance. Even the staff commented that it wasn’t good and they felt vulnerable again. Has Morrison’s given up on customer and colleague safety?. Won’t be back anytime soon!

Visited Morrisons Wednesbury yesterday to find no social distancing measures are in place and felt vulnerable at the checkout as a guy started to empty his trolley right next to me and I had to ask him to step back, luckily he was a decent guy and he did so. I then went into the cafe area which was in a terrible dirty and cluttered state with plates piled high on tables which was waiting to be cleaned. The queuing and distancing system in place a couple of weeks before was not evident with lots of people queuing together, I joked with one of the assistants that 'COVID has gone from Morrisons then' and she apologised and said she didn't know what was happening. Needless to say I didn't eat or drink in there i just went home. Morrisons you need to look after your customers better and keep mindful that COVID is a killer to some people even your customers.

When your threatened with security escorting you from the store you would think that I was either a shoplifter, aggressive to the so-called staff, or in these trying times I wasn't wearing a mask. So what if I said that not only was I eventually escorted from this Morrisons by security, but that this manager actually also wasted Police time by calling them to say that I was big, aggressive, and threatening just to get them to attend when in reality the only thing this liar said that was true was that I was big which isn't a crime. So why would he lie well it seems that when you ask a Morrisons manager for his surname and he tries to fob you off by saying its company policy not to give it, when you call him out on lying he then calls security and even the Police on you just to keep his job. Hey you're a liar so that's no major surprise but when you actually spend the time writing to Head Office, detailing every part of what this liar did and in return they lie to you themselves. I thought they would of just fired the guy but instead and I quote: we have looked into this with our store management team, and we do not tolerate aggressive or abusive language towards our staff. Of course I won't be returning and my points card is already in the bin I didn't even waste any more of my time, by saying well if this was true then why was I asked if I wanted to continue shopping or get escorted out by security which of course was the better option that I chose. But I did tell them that I would be leaving a review warning other customers, and also I wanted to see how many other customers had been treated in this way by this lying manager and then covered up by Morrisons Head Office.

Had an awful delivery from Morrisons Telford over the lockdown. Milk that was split, out of date food, damaged packaging. Brought this to their attention via email...their customer service turns out to be as dire as their online shop. This company has a lot to learn when it comes to customers. I haven't shopped there since and will never return out of principle

Visited Morrison’s cafe in Newport Road, Cardiff yesterday. What a disgrace! Picked up a filthy tray from the stack at the food ordering only to find every other tray underneath was also filthy, wet and covered in spilt food and milk. The food on display lookEd very unappetising so decided on just coffee instead. Half filled coffee mugs and paper cups were strewn all over the food/drink ordering counter and had to be moved in order to access the coffee machine. After paying I found all serviette holders empty, no small spoons or wooden stirrers and the cutlery that was there was dirty and greasy. The cafe was not busy, there were no queues at all and only a third of tables were occupied. Consequently, no excuse. Absolutely disgusting!

5 deliveries with them, 3 of them late. Having to wait 20 minutes on the phone and their phone music is cringingly bad. It's almost as bad as phoning The DWP. Must do better.

My first online order was a disaster! delivery 13/08/20 and much of the order was dated use by 13/08/20 not the idea of shopping for the week spending £140 only to get out of date items.

I enjoy Morrisons own label Gin, what I don’t like is the latest style of bottle. The previous bottle was a tall rectangular frosted glass effect, easy to handle and pour from, not heavy and slotted into the back of the fridge door. The new squat bottle is fat, heavy, difficult to handle and pour from and does not slot easily into the fridge door. This is design over practicality. I now dispense the gin from the new awkward, heavy bottle into an empty more practical old type model!!

I ordered a fruite and veg box via Morrisons and it didn't arrive, it was rearranged for the next day and yet again it didn't arrive...I have been in shielding and have yet to venture to a supermarket so this was very disappointing.

Since Morrisons moved home delivery provision from the regional hub to my local store, have received one out-of-date product and three products within of one day of use by date. The local store are obviously avoiding what is known in the trade as 'mark downs' and passing them on to the punter at full cost - not good enough - and, two weeks down the line, am still waiting for a response to my query to their customer services team on this issue. One thing giving the customer a raw deal, but ignoring them is even worse. Now using the competition.

Not overly thrilled since they changed to local deliveries, I don't expect the driver to lug more than ten bags of shopping up one floor, but I expect some help rather than dumping it all on the doorstep. the old system was perfect, no complaints. need to sort it, give the driver the tools to do the damb job properly.
