I love the Morrisons store by the telephone customer service is abysmal! The service is unfit for purpose,the staff are Kurt, unhelpful,lack knowledge and are unreliable don't waste your time talking to these Muppets on the phone!

Fresh looking fruit and veg. Great smell of baking. However, we HATE the self service checkout so we don't shop here except when there is nowhere else.

Morrisons Morley have appalling customer service, no manager could be found or contacted within 15 mins, and staff are rude. I am sure some staff are lovely but sadly not the ones I encounter. Really need to up your customer service game.

I had online pick up from Worthing store & I been store when I see size of product which not right so i told staff just refund order money he said just apply online refund I did on same day now is 2 months still not received refund on my bank account I had 5-10 call customer service said account team will contact regarding refund still nothing happened so fed up with it never again buy future they are big thief in country so please be careful

Absolutely terrible company, just supply their local shops with rotten products. I personally have suffered chronic food poisoning recently from "so called " fresh salad. Prices are ridiculously high and, lack of produce is a regular occurance. Customer service does not exist.

Morrisons should be ashamed of themselves. In this age of customer service they are sadly lacking. Their fresh food is far from fresh. Customer service appalling. Staff miserable. Shopping experience poor. And way overpriced for the poor quality. Make a stand - go anywhere else until they up their game !!
