We were overcharged at Morrison Daily Belle Vue. After 8 pm, we came there to get some discounted items (pastries) but the Indian staff said nothing about the total payment, she just scanned and typed and waited for us to pay. Bad customer service though.

The shiFttiest of shiFty shiFte! Can do nothing right and dealing with customer service is like having a vomit shower while drinking diarhoea and getting a razor blade colonoscopy.

I love the Morrisons store by the telephone customer service is abysmal! The service is unfit for purpose,the staff are Kurt, unhelpful,lack knowledge and are unreliable don't waste your time talking to these Muppets on the phone!

Fresh looking fruit and veg. Great smell of baking. However, we HATE the self service checkout so we don't shop here except when there is nowhere else.

Morrisons Morley have appalling customer service, no manager could be found or contacted within 15 mins, and staff are rude. I am sure some staff are lovely but sadly not the ones I encounter. Really need to up your customer service game.
