“ I am extremely disappointed with Morrisons at Brentford Waterside, TW8, due to the excessive noise coming from their industrial fans, which run 24/7 without any break. The noise is unbearably loud, making it impossible to sleep or enjoy any peace at home. Despite multiple complaints, Morrisons has failed to resolve this issue. They acknowledge the problem internally but refuse to take real action. Their response has been slow and dismissive, showing no concern for the residents suffering due to their negligence. In addition to the noise, foul smells are also coming from the back of the store, further affecting our quality of life. I strongly urge Morrisons to take responsibility and fix this ongoing problem. Until then, I do not recommend this store to anyone living nearby. Terrible customer service and lack of accountability! ”
