“Hi I was in Morrisons in holbrooks in Coventry when a lovely lady called Beth helped me a lot she was very experienced and knowledgeable and a true asset To your company and very helpful to all of my enquires I asked even stopped doing what she was doing to help me fine what I needed very polite and professional at all times and will definitely be going back”
“1. Morrisons give you the option of making a query by email but then you get in reply:
"To allow us to prioritise feeding the Nation we will not be able to respond to any emails"
2. Emails to their chief executive do not get even an auto response.
3. You cannot stop them making substitutions, however inappropriate.
4. Don't expect them to keep to the delivery slot time. My delivery yesterday, 16th June 2020, arrived 35 minutes early, without apology or explanation from their sullen driver.
5. If you live in a flat don't expect them to deliver to your address but instead their driver will tell you on your entryphone, 'Morrisons. You'll have to come down and get it'. You will then find him standing outside the street door and you, the customer, have to remove the bags from the crates on the ground.
I had my first delivery yesterday, 16th June, from Morrisons. It will be my last. Unfortunately I cannot give them zero stars.”
“Worst home delivery service ever provided by the Wellington Telford store, don't bother has they wont be able to fulfill simple items such as bread and milk 5 days in advance when we did our shop. literally an hour or so before our delivery was due they put alternatives in as they didn't have the items we wanted and then tried to charge us double for privilege, talk about rip the customer off!! these were obviously refused at the door. Avoid Morrisons home delivery like the plague, no wonder they are viewed as a last century supermarket. Think i will go back to Aldi to do my shopping in future, least they can fulfill your requirements in terms of item availability. Think you need to sack your supply chain management as they are obviously useless!!!”
“Will not be returning to Stewart field Eastkilbride. No social distance. Obviously their business is more important than customers health. Also when I paid for my shopping. I had to show my receipt to the cashier, before I could take my chewing gum, i forgot to bag. It was ridiculous to the point of laughable. As if Iam going to bag my shopping, pay for it, then steal chewing gum in front of the cashier. My husband and I do alot of shopping in Morrisons. Won't be returning. Went to Sainsbury's at Eastkilbride and they only let a certain amount of people in. So obviously they care about customers health, by making sure social distance is adhered to.”
“Most of my order was not delivered with no explanation why, cannot actually speak to my local shop or Head office about it as they are too busy feeding the nation. This company does not know the meaning of customer service.”
“I placed an order on the 25/06/2020 and I still haven’t received it. It is with Hermes since 05/06/2020. I’m not sure I will ever receive it. They are very good at taking payments but definitely not ensure deliveries are made.”
“Told to leave because only one person allowed at self serviceheckout. As I am disabled I was with my carer who was helping me shop. I felt I was not welcome and left the shop. It took several hours for me to calm down as I was so angry. Seems to me disabled people are not welcome if they have a carer with them. The supermarket is Morrisons in Alloa Scotland.”
“Tried to do a click and collect yesterday from the Plymstock store. Not sure why Morrisons are offering this service when most of the items are coming up as out of stock. It was a complete waste of my time and abandoned the order. Very disappointed, will try other supermarkets in future.”
“Don't usually shop in Morrisons but decided to try it, very disappointed. I bought a salad which I opened the day after (a day before best before date), it was inedible. The grapes I bought had 25% extra free, I estimate I have thrown away at least a quarter of the pack. Bananas were black inside. I won't be shopping there again.”
“Got my shopping delivered regular from Morrisons before the pandemic. Haven't been able to get a slot lately. I understand vulnerable people take priority. Finally got a slot spent ages getting the shopping together. Message came up almost half of it unavailable so didn't bother.”
“Bought a few ready made meals which looked delicious but sadly absolutely tasteless.
First one I binned, put another in oven for my dinner and ate (under protest) half and also binned that
I don't often shop at Morrisons and was quite excited to try something different but oh so dissapointed.
Things seem to have gone downhill for this store.
Sorry Morrisons.. I won't be back!”
“Visited Parkgate Morrisons in Rotherham yesterday lunchtime. I was appalled to see that every checkout was open. Obviously there are too many people in the store if every checkout needs to be open. It was worse than Christmas. People were queuing right down to the freezers to pay for their groceries. I'm not sure how anyone is supposed to distance themselves in those situations.”
“Had no que brilliant got what I want brilliant long que to get to check outs but went quick brilliant got to checkout half way of putting my shopping on the belt the cashier (Maderlaina I think her name was ) started to put items through the checkouts by the time i finished loading the belt most my items was rammed the other end i could put my bags on the check out there was no room i felt rushed and i was happy when she asked to pack my bag there wasnt any where she could put a bag to help pack so i said i was ok while packing a man came with in 4 inches of me waiting for customer services to help him with his problem why que 2 metres apart take care not to get to close to people for the staff to allow a man 4 inches away from me I have had breast cancer and I have no immune system not good is it when I got to my car I had to repack my bags because some was to heavy I have been a customer at morrisons pendeford for fours years been going every week been really happy with the store especially through this horrid virus could praise the staff and things that have been put in place to gave this experience may be small to some people but I didn't like the way things was rammed the other end of the checkouts and the man standing 4 inches away and having to repack my bag at the car morrisons pendeford you let me down today”
“We use the Lincoln branch, and we are very impressed at the care we have received. We are in our eighties and get a home delivery regularly, done with smiles and kindness.
As we live in a village near Lincoln, our first delivery had a hitch, and after putting things right,I was presented with a bunch of beautiful flowers!
Congratulations Morrisons”
“I live in Malvern. Since the very start of the lockdown I have only gone into the shop 3 times in the past 10 weeks. This is because of the poor organisation or lack of it with social distancing.
Every time I've gone there as been no queueing on entering and I've seen whole families in there. Also staff in the isles aren't attempting to social distance and some I've seen standing around chatting close together.
Of all the supermarkets Morrisons in my view have been the worst with social distancing and also poorly stocked shelves.”
“ROTTEN Cauliflower . Had a delivery last week and the cauliflower was putrid smell yellow leaves and the heart of it was yellow and black. Somebody asked me for a photo today of the cauliflower. There was no way I was keeping a mouldy cauliflower from last week that smelt putrid in my kitchchen for 4 days. I didn't keep it in my kitchen for one day as it went straight in the dustbin. I am a pensioner and am isolating as I have a heart and lung problem so cannot get to the store for fresh veg. Never shop on line at Morrisons ever again.”
“Morrisons used to be at least on a par with the other mainstream supermarkets but they have seriously deteriorated, particularly since CV19 lockdown. Their own-brand products have gone down in quality and their policy on substituting more-expensive items and then charging the customer the extra is unacceptable. Customer services reply but insist that non-perishable items must be returned to a store to get a refund. Try e-mailing the CEO, Mr Potts. No reply. Try sending him a letter by recorded delivery. No response. The company has gone to Potts and he is clearly not in control.”
“I ordered and paid for a litre bottle of Gordons Gin. However, only a 70cl sized bottle was delivered.
I contacted Morrisons customer support who stated that I have to visit their store in person to obtain a refund. The other option would be to hand it over to the driver on my next delivery.who may refuse to accept it.
For chronic health reasons, my wife and I are self-isolating and have no wish to visit any supermarket.
I believe that I am not alone in feeling ripped off. Morrisons have lost another long term customer.”
“I have been using the on line delivery since lock down and have been pleased with it the drivers have been brilliant the only gripe I have is you can’t get a tin of Heinz beans or spaghetti for love nor money but my son can pick them up in shop. The same with flour I would love to carry on with delivery when everything goes back to normal but Morrison’s get your act together or you will lose customers because of this.If it was not for these issues I would have given you five stars.”
