Never trust Morrisons for an online shop delivery as they are totally untrustworthy. You get emails saying your order has been cancelled on the same day or day before delivery is due no reason nothing. Ordered my dad is Christmas food for delivery tomorrow tried to take full payment today and then got an email saying order has been cancelled. So now left a 90 year old completely deaf and virtually blind without food etc for christmas. Totally appalling and disgusting behaviour from Morrisons will never ever use them again.”
“Morrison's offer the worst shopping experience. When issues are escalated to the head office in Bradford, the situation becomes worse. The manager at Head Office is unable to provide resolution to complaints.
Poor customer experience, poor management in store and at Head Office.
SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!”
“The worst customer service for the worst store in the UK.
I made a complaint to Morrisons Head Office regarding the Broomhill store in Sheffield expecting to get some answers. The store manager accused my son with concealing something and asked him not to come back again as a kind of racism. We went to talk to the store manager to find out what is happened. We asked the store manager if he found something with him, he said no but he used to hide something!!!!!!!!. He also used to speak in inappropriate way.
Really strange, so we asked him to have a look at the CCTV recordings but he said there is no CCTV cameras installed in store. We sent a complain to the customer service to step in and find out the truth. They confirmed there is a CCTV system installed in the store and they will check and come back to me. We called them every week but nothing until they told us they will speak to the store manager and let us know. Finally, the replied with a very silly conclusion which is the "The store manager confirming he saw my son hiding something under his shirt". What about CCTV? nothing
what is your investigation? nothing
They just ask the one who I complained against him !!!! they did not even checked any evidence or they did but they do not like to commit their sore manager racism....
Everyone should be carful in Morrisons, don't itch, don't open your hand bag because that will make you suspicious to them.
Also, don't forget to take your receipt all the time as that may be the only acceptable proof of your payment if you been accused by shop lifting.
I'll never use them again, they don't respect their customers.”
“Morrisons is one of the worst store in the UK. They may selling with lower prices but you have to accept to pay some of your dignity in return.

“At the time of writing this email my online delivery is just over two and a half hours late! I phoned customer services who are powerless to do anything and all they can do is phone the depot who have informed them that they cannot provide an update as the driver is not answering their phone. To make matters worse I have broken my toes and am wearing a special show so it's not even as if I can pop to my local Co-op and pick up a few items. This is not service, it's a complete joke unfortunately not a very funny one at that! This is atrocious. I have absolutely no idea if my circa £80 order will arrive or not - absolutely no clue and customer services are not able to inform me either. I just don't know how they can get away with it but my advice is SHOP WITH SAINSBURY'S INSTEAD!!!!!!! I decided to give Morrisons another chance after a couple of years ago they messed up an order of mine which had come to over £100, well that was a mistake and I only have myself to blame but PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH MORRISONS!”
“About two weeks ago I had an e- mail telling me to click on receiving 4000 points if I spent £40. I did this and next time I shopped it wasn't added. Today I got my Perot ,cigarettes and som drinks and the 4000 points have still not been added. Can someone let me know how I get them.”
“Acton Morrison's the manned till counters were closed at 8.45pm on Friday 13th Dec 2019. I had a FULL trolley and was told to use a self scanned machine. I'm an elderly woman and have not used a scan for a full trolley. This is not acceptable and I will also bring this bad experience to the attention of the local community.

“App is useless-I set it to use my saved up £50 bonus points on my Xmas shop then next day sent £140 at the till but nothing come off for the £50 bonus spend. Apparently it takes days for it to register even though the points on the app decreases straight away.”
“I use the Dover store too. I have to give 5 stars for the lovely lovely flower lady. So friendly and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you flower lady.”
“This was our first delivery. First we had a few items not turn up, other items were just wrong and the driver was a hour and a half late. When I phoned to complain the lady I spoke to was lovely she couldn’t apologise enough. She refunded our delivery and all items that were wrong. She gave us vouchers to spend and refunded us the items that were wrong. She was very helpful nothing was to much trouble for her.”
“I received my first home delivery this evening. Super impressed! The driver Dean was polite and friendly, he helped unpack the crates in my kitchen. He explained how it all works and arrived on time. The two substitutes were spot on and all my fresh produce had at least 5 days on them, some up to nine days! Thank you Dean 😀😀😀”
“I had £85 saved up on the morrisons more app. Someone miles away used my points but morrisons refused to do anything about it saying my account had been hacked, but my password was exclusive to morrisons so my info could only have been hacked from within morrisons, totally disgusted by their customer service that cant even be bothered to engage, now shopping at Tesco”
“I had a meal in the restaurant at the Swansea Morfa store whilst shopping with my Mum. My muffin with mushrooms and cheese was very dry, (it was late on a Sunday afternoon) when I complained the staff couldn't be more helpful offering another food choice or refund, I didn't want anything else so I accepted the refund. They couldn't be more apologetic. It was handled so efficiently with no fuss.”
“Our Morrisons more points have been used hundreds of miles away from where we live. Morrisons will not refund saying our account has been hacked using correct email, password etc. Basically saying it is our fault and they wont do anything else. Well done, when competition is tough in retail, you have just lost yourself a customer.”
“A Morrison’s employee was responsible for damaging my husband mobile phone whilst he was visiting the Bedford store. At the time the employee and store manager agreed it was their fault and began the claims process. The £500 repairs were eventually authorised after much chasing. 2 months later and countless more phone calls, we have still not been reimbursed. Staff have been rude, unapologetic and down right obstructive. I have never had the misfortune of dealing with such poor service. Shame on you Morrisons!”
“Hunslet Leeds - a big bloody sign fell on my head and broke my glasses and left a bruise on my nose! I just got put in a accident book and sent on my merry way! Since then I’ve rung and emailed! They’ve put me in touch with a solicitors called Gordon’s who are useless! This happened on 4th August!!! I am still waiting on a response!”
“The Dover store. Ruined completely with the new layout of ludicrously long aisles and shocking signage. The signs indicating where items are are all too high and hidden by other signs and or pillars. It took me 9 minutes to find one lemonade variety for goodness sake. The cakes are still mostly after their bb dates and still not marked down like Asda just over the way from this store. The store baked bread is still the same bb issue. Strange when one considers their new advertising campaign all about freshness!! Fresh fruit still not fresh and yes, I did know this company do most of their own packing with low quality demands.”
“Use Morrisons in Shefford regularly and always thought their staff very good but yesterday they surpassed themselves. Was shopping for a friend who had broken her leg. A fellow shopper pointed out my bag was open and to my horror realised my purse had been stolen. Asked staff member if a purse had been handed in, sadly not but she took my details. Asked if they could look after shopping whilst I dashed home to report my stolen cards which they agreed to. Returned to store some two hours later and they had kept my shopping in their refrigeration store; taken out the chilled items but made a note so I could add them back to trolley, opened a till for me as they could see I was quite upset and then gave me a bunch of flowers. The Manager, Ben, told me to report incident to Police and they would keep cctv to show them. The staff were absolutely brilliant, so supportive and so kind and I am very appreciative! Been using Morrison’s for about three years now (formerly a Waitrose customer) and I think they are good value for money and Shefford staff are always so helpful. Many thanks.”
