“I phoned customer service asking for a product in particular and they told me the store where that product was in stock. I visited that store to buy it but the product was not in stock. I also asked one of the employees in store and he said he did not remember to see that product in that store in a long time.

“Iwent to Morrison’s Bedford store
( 6/02/20) disappointed seeing pizza and salad bar dept as I went for lunch time ( around 1.15 pm)and all trays were empty waited 10 min and no one came and then asked customer services as well to send somebody there but no one came in I was very angry and then I saw a lovely lady approaching me I think her name was Raaila ( fruit/ veg section ) anyways she asked me if I need anything then I told her there are no large salad tubs and I need those then she looked in there although she doesn’t work in that dept but she came in and acknowledged me and Told me they ran out of stock but then she came up with solution of offering me 2 small tubs for the price of one large which I quite liked it and was very happy that instead of leaving me in grumpy mood and negative feedback she offered a solution which I quiet like it then she send someone from customer services to fill the empty trays .
I was very impressed by the speedy and spontaneous solution of that lovely woman who save Morrison’s from leaving his loyal customer😊”

“I shop at Morrison regularly and have no complaints the staff are always helpful and very friendly the prices are good I can find most items I want without any problems”
“So we bought two morrisons own steak pies and they only had pastry not even a small chunk of meat same with chicken ect maybe just me and the people and family around me but all there own products all lack the main ingredients (meat)”
“Is there a hidden agenda with Morrison’s ? How can a chain of supermarkets deteriorate so rapidly or worse be ALLOWED to deteriorate so rapidly, nobody seems to care.
The Jarrow store is abysmal, empty shelves, goods on display sometimes 2 days past the sell by dates , appalling quality fruit and veg and a pricing policy that is difficult to understand!!
Frequently items are incorrectly charged at checkout compared to the price displayed on the shelves.
It’s as if the stores are deliberately being run down.
There is an obvious shortage of staff and competent management which is only adding to the demise of this once excellent chain.
Won’t be shopping there again until I’m made aware that things have improved.
Has anyone in a senior management position looked at Morrison’s reviews recently and compared them with reviews from several years ago ?

Last time I tried female staff member said "I'm not on fruit & veg" & walked off without another word! “The whole shop is a Bloody Shambles no trolleys at the shop entrance had to go back out in the car park to find one. Friut and veg poor brocolli stems brown leaf products limp and base again brown. Only managed two thirds of our weekly shop.Some shelves empty such as spreads edam cheese etc struggled to get down some aisles blocked nwith staff talking to friends and aisles blocked by staff hurriedly trying to fill shelves think its now time to shop elsewhere. “I took out a 6 month del pass Jan 2019 after a major op just to help our shopping until I was better,
What shocked me last week is that the pass was renewed Jan 2020 without asking me. This I was told was normal practice
How many people have been charged automatically and not noticed on their bank statement this renewal works for monthly 6 monthly and yearly

“Well what an improvement on a year ago. In Liskeard supermarket collection 2018, was horrendous, but this year 2019 Click and Collect 23-12-19 between 1500 and 1525 could not be faulted and away we went. The food was very nicely presented and with concise instructions given and the end result was superb taste. Well done. Happy New Year to all.”
