Morrison Wood Green:Hi, I am trying to leave feedback for this amazing branch of Morrisons. For the last 2 years it has been supporting our charity - Coptic City Mission, which provides food and support to the homeless in Victoria. (www.copticcitymission.com) The store, the management and the entire team know of our mission and are absolutely AMAZING ! They have also provided support for our Church - St Mary and Archangel Michael Church in Golders Green. NW11. We oder a pallet of water ((960 litres) every two months. One visit to the team (particular thanks to Abs Isik) and they order the water, arrange delivery and help offload the pallet. A massive thank you from over 400 members of our congregation. Thank you all for your amazing, kind hearted and professional team at Morrisons Wood Green.

Do not book your Xmas turkey with morrisons. I did last year and when I went to collect on Xmas eve, as arranged, they didn't have it. They told me, oh sorry they've all gone now! I had to take two smaller birds because it was far too late to try anywhere else. What was the point in ordering it, if they weren't going to put it aside form me? They don't seem to know what an order is! This is absolutely true. It was the Chelmsford branch. I will never, ever order another thing from them. Neither will any of my family, I can tell you because this affected a lot of peoples' Christmas.

Nothing Changes at Morrisons Still Appalling 'Customer Service' ! Morrisons 'Customer Service' and store 43, Merrion Centre, Woodhouse Ln, Leeds LS2 8PJ The Worse in the UK ! Our Complaints Mirror that of Many but particular the Leeds Merrion centre store. Self checkout and the complete disregard for customer respect by the same individual who looks like a female prison guard and snipes around with ugly distaste at customers yes the very same customers that pay their wages! This has gone on for Years !!! Politeness is met with vulgarity and disrespect and yes don't dare call this person "Love" a common phrase by many from Yorkshire, She'll bite your head off !!! The Pricing is appalling much of it reflects on the shelf half of what it actually is! Now that's Not a way to beat ALDI and LIDL is it but that's the best Morrisons have, deception ! When one points this out nothing is done but rudeness and embarrassment for the waiting customer as if they are at fault ! As for Morrisons 'Bradford' so called 'Customer Service' they are the rudest most impolite most arrogantly indifferent so called 'customer service' on earth a complete contradiction of what they allegedly stand for. Recommendations, take your money elsewhere and save not only huge amounts of saving and get better quality but also experience improved Customer service not the absurd excuse of whatever Morrisons justify it to be. We like so many shoppers are now ALDI shoppers, yes Morrisons You've Lost our Large Grocery shop income to a much better Grocery chain that actually does what it says on the tin, Not like YOU!

Morrisons Cleveleys Dry Cleaning Dept. Assistant refused to take my cleaning because it had pet hairs on it. It was a substantial amount of cleaning (15 shirts and 4 pair trousers). She said I couldn't have had my laundry done there before. In actual fact, I have had my cleaning done there for at least 2 years, and quite a lot of it. Quite where this woman's head was I don't know, as I imagine that 90% of cleaning has some hair on it. I should have realised that Morrisons were a special sort of stupid after they charged me a pound for a teabag in their cafe, because the tea couldn't drag itself out of the pot, it was that weak. I can't say if other stores are like this one, but everything is just too much trouble for them.

You should be ashamed in the way you dealt with family farmers. Just watching Hugh's programme on waste. Not impressed and your represented speakers was unconvincing. They did not care. Poor show. Won't be shopping with you again and will be checking the performance of other supermarkets. Bring back the local trader. Happy to buy good quality veg what ever the shape.

Went to my local Morrisons today Paignton but couldn't find the price of an item that was on sale, so I took it up to the checkout supervisor point and I asked if one of the three members of staff ( all just stood chatting ) could please find out what the price was, but oh no that was clearly too much effort for them as their answer to me was ,if you go over to one of the checkouts they will tell you, but at least five customers were waiting to be served at every till and I still need to get more shopping. If that is what you call customer service Morrisons then no wonder you are losing so many shoppers.

Dear Morrisons In your store on the Isle of Sheppey I saw a product advertised as a "Manx style Kipper" This is not a Manx Kipper, nor is it a Manx style Kipper, the only thing this abomination has in common with a Manx Kipper is that it began life as a herring. We take our herring and smoke them for hours over smouldering wood chips until it takes on a deep substantial flavour and a smell that can penetrate armoured glass. A Manx kipper is a food item of gobal significance, right up there with Pata Negra Ham, Vacherin Cheese, Whitstable Native Oysters, and Blufin Tuna Sashimi. What you have in that display fridge is a dead fish dipped in floor varnish. Please do not insult my nation by associating it with the Isle of Man Butch Buttery The Boat House Head Road Douglas IM1 5BF

Morrisons rochdale. Very very poor service with customer relations. When shopping today I asked a supervisor for assistance when he was walking towards me and when I said have you got a minute I was flatly told no and just no, then walked off. All I can say is if thats how the management deal with customers it's no wonder morrisons sales are down. Back to Aldi I think.

The staff at the great harwood branch are quite grumpy looking and not helpful at all in particular the cashiers who tend to be gossiping with customers. Compared to tesco down the road the staff are amateur for customer service.

Ok. So, Morrisons is the ONLY British owned supermarket left. Let that sink in. I'm mainly writing this review in response to the way they handled my stinky meat problem. I got home from my local supermarket, and popped my shoulder of pork in t'oven to slow roast, for pulling purposes. After 2 hours of cooking, there was a sour smell drifting through the house... I realised it was the pork and to be fair I was pretty gutted. I wanted slow roasted pulled pork for my tea, and there was no way I would be able to have slow roasted pulled pork now. I rung customer care and explained my porky dilemma.. They simply told me to return it, even though it was cooked, or part cooked. I got to customer care and the lady was lovely about the situation. She gave me my money back immediately. Thankfully, morrisons do a pre-packaged slow roasted pork for pulling and now that's what I'm having for my tea tonight.

Went shopping in Morrisons today but decided to get a spot of lunch first. We waited ten minutes for the milk to be replaced in the coffee machine and 20 minutes for a fork along with about 20 other people. We were told they were short staffed! To be fair they must be short staffed every time we go in there! Come on Morrisons get your act together! Your food is lovely in the cafe and it could be just perfect if it was better staffed. On a positive note..... Fair play to the young male member of staff in there at lunch time today who took the time to help a disabled elderly lady. He spent time with her cutting up her dinner for her, opening sachets of sauce for her and continuously returning to top her coffee up for her. It was lovely to see a young lad respecting and caring for an elderly lady in need. Fair play young man. Feel good that you have really helped someone today!!????????????????????
