“They cancelled my order and deleted my online account because apparently selling cigarettes to a 63 year old person is "risky". They haven't answered my Subject Access Request adequately and won't tell me why I'm "risky" nor will they tell me exactly what they did with this information. If they don't answer my questions to my satisfaction within 14 days, I'll make a formal complaint to the Information Commissioners Office.”
“First time online shopping & very impressed! Booked the later slot between 10pm - 11pm for cheaper delivery. Delivery was packed away by 9:45 - perfect. All food separated into cupboard/freezer etc. No substitutes & was offered to check fresh produce, which I declined. 5p bag charge will be credited to my account when bags are returned with the next delivery. Will definitely be ordering online again..happy customer..thanks!”
“I have tried ordering online, twice, the first time they took my money then couldn't give me the delivery slot I wanted. The second time everything seemed ok, but then I received an e mail saying they couldn't process my payment!”
“Morrissons is second to none, in my view whether you shop in store or online. I have now been grocery shopping most weekends online and after Asda and Tescos, it's streets ahead. Rarely a substitute and the drivers are fabulous, friendly and helpful and the prices are great. I would recommend Morrissons from the rooftop every time.”
“Went in for breakfast is cafe. Told no scramble eggs as had run out of packets of it? Even though lady cooking fried eggs with dozen of fresh eggs incapable of making a fresh scrambled egg. Pathetic customer service. Who wants to eat a scrambled egg out of a plastic packet anyway. Then told it was fresh egg. How can it bee fresh when its been in a plastic bag for weeks???”

“OK I'm gonna explain everything, I went into the shop at 3 am and I went in on my hoverboard and 5 seconds later, the dumpy security went diving into me and made me go flying into my gran's trolley and knocked her over and my hoverboard has been scabbed so I'm suing them later on.”
“Nothing went wrong. I simply cannot give them more than two stars even though I bought a wonderful electronic soup maker there today in Dover. It is their own brand name but it is in fact an Electriq, which seems to be made by Morphy Richards. Yes, it does end with a Q! It is very well priced at £40, has seven functions and works brilliantly. Buy one!!”
“Very very happy with Morrison online grocery shopping great helpful drivers good quality food just one small issue concerning the pickers/packers can you please not put heavy items on top of my cakes and bread etc and can you please keep layered yoghurt and other deserts upright in the bag as when placed upside down the deserts become rather messy”
“Good Value and service with a modern store (Weybridge). Value is especially good for meats with an excellent range. Range for other items at this store is limited for certain product types but still acceptable for my requirements. Worth trying if you are in the area.”
