“Everything i needed was available and till operator stayed past her clocking off time to serve us very pleased at availabilty and positive attitude of staff”
“Well laid out store. Good choice at reasonable prices. The main selling point with the store in Outland Road, Plymouth is the staff. Friendly, helpful I wouldn't shop anywhere else as my conscience wouldn't allow me!”
“I used to be a big fan of morrissons and continued shopping there halfway in sheffield, but my last online order was completely wrong, I took off many items and added new ones but when the oder came all the stuff I took off came and the stuff I added didn't, when i complained , I had a horrible African woman being very condescending and sarcastic and unhelpful to me. Disgusted ex customer. Also the staff on the cigarette counter in store make you feel that your annoying them and disturbing their chats with their freinds , so I avoided that area of the store even before this happened.”
“I was in the Morrison's store in Easterhouse and Debbie from the Cafe was lovely and friendly. I didn't realise it was 10 minutes before kids eat free time and she was nice enough to inform me so I didn't miss out.”
“Someone who once lived at our address had a County Court Judgement against them so Morrisons want me to prove when I moved in, who I am etc before they will honour my online order - which I have paid for in advance.
Most intelligent retailers would look at the credit card details, see that payment has gone through and that I am not the person who had this judgement against them and want to deal with them.
Not Morrisons.
How to lose custom through daft customer management processes.”
“Today Maggie on the party team at the Nottingham Gamston store was so helpful and professional when I turned up this morning needing 20 balloons for a baby shower today”
“I bought morrisons own brand egg fried rice and gave it to my 10 year old son who was eating it & found a snail in it. Despite me sending an email & photographic evidence over a week ago, I still haven't heard from Morrisons!”
“Rude customer service, undelivered items , driver said he delivered all my order when he didnt and the only way I got a refund was after many calls emails and our cctv . Shame on you Morrisons!”
“Drove 7 miles for morisons chunky steak pies (as TV ad)
Told don't have any, no idea when they'll be in.
Ex customers now. Aldi pies great and cheaper. Bye”
“Coming to the end of June and Morrisons Grays, Essex STILL have not changed over their parking meters to take the new pound coins?!
The 'new' pound coin became legal tender in March?! The scenario is that, you queue to pay at a parking meter (when you find one that is working?!) you haven't got an old pound coin. You go instore (hoping you wont get nicked by the very zealous parking enforcement officers), queue again to swap your new coin for an old one, then find the store has run out....... eventually go back to the meter payment machine, queue again and then get your ticket. This is old people in the extreme sun, in the pouring rain. You complain instore. They just toe the company line. You complain to customer services, they give meaningless (and totally incorrect) responses - and still nothing has been done.
Here I come ALDI!!”
“I always do my shop in Morrisons Kilmarnock store but recently been going elsewhere it is one of the most under staffed supermarkets I have ever been in,seen smaller supermarkets with a lot more staff. I once waited almost 20minutes to get bread sliced because the baker was put on a till, must lose business due to this.staff are friendly enough and also seen the night cleaners helping out the customers which I think is great.”
