“Awful experience. Suit threadbare & holes after 2 weeks of wear. Bought from Trafford Centre. Defective material / not fit for purpose but still they will not refund. Apparently inspection team are in Bangladesh with no return date!! Couldn’t be more disappointed with this company that I thought had a reputation worth having. Shan’t shop here again & my friends & family feel the same. Have found no empathy from Customer services nor any proper resolution.”

“Dreadful service Suit never arrived Just offered refund in 14 days, having taken my money 5 weeks prior and let me do all the chasing to discover item I wanted no longer in stock”

“I had a genuine return. I tried the item on( was ordered online) Was not right so within 20mins had ordered another. Went to Trafford store to return the first. Was told it was not in a resale condition. When I insisted that I had ordered another within 24hrs. Just needed a genuine refund. Was told a decision had been made and no I couldn’t. I could however send it back by courier or post. When I insisted again a bit more I was told I was being rude and to get out of the shop. I said I wasn’t and I was in my rights and the item had not been worn. And why would I order another if I didn’t want the item. Nearly £400. I was told to stop shouting and I would be spoken to as I spoke to him and to get out . This yelled across the store. As reordered item is to be delivered at the same store for pick up I am nervous and feel intimidated by the manager. He kept my personal details and didn’t return them. I have shopped with Moss Bros for years but not now. I will take my custom to a nicer place”

“Assistant Manager of Metrocentre, Gateshead was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout my experience of buying my suit and shoes. Always friendly and understanding of my needs, he gave honest informed guidance and made my decisions much easier.”

“Website clear and easy to use. Products are of great quality but your delivery people myHermes let you down by constantly throwing my parcel over an 8ft back gate in the rain. I have ordered several times from you and they have done it everytime”

“Purchased on line only following a visit to the shop. The service in the shop was fantastic but they did not have in my size which is why I visited their excellent website to order. The offers were fantastic for such quality products.”
