Moss Miata has a great selection of parts but when it comes to the website interface or customer service get ready! I TRIED to order some parts, and the website clearly said "error change the shipping address, as well as error please try again" which I did. I tried a few times and each time it said the same thing. Thus, I ordered my parts from a different website (1AAuto) and had no issues at all. I looked at my bank account and to my surprise three charges from Moss Miata. How could that be I never received a confirmation of any sort especially not on the website. Quite a few minutes later I received the emails of the multiples of the parts I "ordered" and called to cancel them. I understand customer service is not a fun job, but I was as nice as possible and not even a "sorry for the inconvenience" or anything. Think twice prior to ordering”

“This is my third purchase of the convertible top cover. They last about 2 years. However, this last cover is China junk! The first day I put it on it shrunk like shrink wrap! Now it has shrunk so much, 1/4 of the convertible top is now exposed. Moss Miata tells me to expose my top to the elements, mail it back and after they receive it, they will mail another. What is the point of the cover? I don't throw out my old one BEFORE I get the new one. The pics were the next day after I received it. Last time I shop here!!”
“Bought a cobalt short shifter less than 2 years ago from Moss Miata. Vehicle had 50,000 miles. Now at 78,000. Coming home from work shifted into 5th gear and shift knob broke off below the boot. Left me stranded on the side of the road. So they are worth about 28000 miles.”
“I entered moss via a 10% discount code not flagged as expired and messaged them I didn't get the discount...ok..fine... So message me back and tell me that I'm not getting the discount, but some snarky dude actually called me and interrupted my movie time with my girlfriend to basically say Hey you don't get a discount you want it or do you not… void of any compassion... I kept the order and he did not even thank me for the order...it was only 2 bucks😛”
