“Motea Shipped my order in two parts and included invoices for the full retail value, not the special offer price on both parcels, both poorly packed and damaged. As a consequence, I had to pay customs duty and VAT twice (50%). Motea Customer Service doesn't even respond to emails.

So bad it's unbelieveable! I order an adapter for my ConStand to fit my new bike. It arrived missing a bolt. This was obvious from the picture of the contents and that I fitted one of these to a previous bike. It's an engine bolt so didn't want to try to find something in the hardware shop.
After 3 messages via their website, I was getting no response - I finally had to open a PayPal dispute to get their attention. I'm hoping to soon get a refund as a sent the item back at a cost of €20 to me. On an €80 purchase!
The worst part is now my ConStand is completely useless. Do I order again with the hope they'll get it right the next time or just chuck my ConStand in the skip and be done with it?
Anyway safe to say I won't be shopping on Motea again and couldn't recommend a ConStand unless you are planning on never changing your bike.”

“Extremely poor customer service, dont care one bit about there customers. Sent my order in two shipments which is going to endure two customs fees. Haven't received the second shipment yet but the first shipment cost £75 at the door and I expect the same on the second shipment. They dont care less about wasting your money. Didn't careless about my situation and their only response is to send back all my goods for a refund. Please avoid Motea, wish I had looked at reviews first hand. Shockingly poor services with an attitude to match.”

So returned the faulty product they said they wouldn’t refund anything for returning product as they didn’t ask me to fair enough but I wasn’t waiting for the 30 days to pass before they eventually sorted something out.
And then to top it off they refunded me for the product less money than they took.
Emailed about 4 days ago to find out why still no reply.
Go elsewhere it will save you a lot of stress and as someone else put the product isn’t as good as it looks in the pictures .”
