I ordered a con stand for a BMW S1000R, this was ordered on October 16 th ,item still not arrived as yet, phoned and e mailed several times ,I was told it was a customs problem I.e incorrect paper work ,I was then told customs where returning the item to Motea Germany, spoke with Motea and now they tell me it's a courier problem,they say once the item returns to them they will re ship it using a more reliable courier firm !they do not return emails and won't give out names of who you where dealing with,there advert states fast delivery! I dont call two months and still waiting fast!

Order 22000008617 from 31.07.2023 has not yet been delivered. Although I was informed only after paying it that the delivery will be made on 11.10.2023 at the latest, the order has not yet arrived. Please honor the order or return the money.

Bad experience with this company, I bought a box for my motorcycle on 08/19 and delivery was due in 10 days and it's been more than a month and I haven't received my product, I've sent several emails and called and no response, If you go to buy with Motea, don't buy it, you'll get angry and lose your money Motea=SCAM

It originally said 3 weeks for delivery, then it changes to 2 months.

These say quick delivery and then say delivery is going to be 3 months. You then request to cancel and they just ignore your emails and will not refund. Clearly the company has financial problems so avoid at all cost.

This company is garbage. Zero communication, delivery not made, robbed! Avoid and pass the word.

You said fast delivery! Now you're telling me it's going to take 3 months? That's what you consider fast delivery! I have no way of getting in time contact with this company I can't even figure out how to send them an email! Very difficult now I got to wait and see if I even get the product in 3 months then the battle starts

Har to get in contact with them, only by email is possible and if you are lucky that will answer in one week, and say "delivery will happen today from us, and you will get an email with tracking number" and one week later, no email with tracking number, nothing I am beginning to think they will never deliver at all.

The product came to me damaged, it stated ‘free delivery’ and I was charged £83 by the courier.

Awful experience, bought 4 items for a lot of money, they never sent anything I purchased, one of the items they sent even got delivered to a different address according to the online tracking, I emailed them about this then the next day the tracking info somehow CHANGED to show delivery to completely different address (I screen shotted everything for proof), both the addresses it claimed this one parcel was delivered to WHERE THE WRONG ADDRESS, one was a completely different county!!! The next order was for over 300 EUR and was not even sent to me.
