“I contacted one of the sales person and he explained to me the exact specification of the pants that I wanted through the phone. With the explanation I know that I am getting the right product. I am really impressed how you guys treated me when I was there. Definitely coming there to get my adventure gear soon.”

Mengikut rekod kami, order dibuat hari Jumaat 8/11/2019 & kami request order Poslaju hari yang sama. Sepatutnya Poslaju pickup kedai kami hari Isnin 11/11/2019 tapi mereka tak datang. Maybe diorang sibuk uruskan Lazada/Shopee sale 11/11. Disebabkan Poslaju tak datang kedai, kami hantar semua barang Poslaju 12/11/2019 (Selasa). Kami check sistem Poslaju 13/11/2019 (Rabu) Unsuccessful Delivery ke tempat Tuan. Kami mohon maaf atas kesulitan yang dihadapi dan akan baiki servis menjadi lebih baik.

“-some of the items are still expensive compared to online shopping site. -staff knowledge on items sold are good. they're quite friendly but sometimes shows no interest to customer due to maybe the customer appearance.”
