“I like the concept but the design had some flaws. First, the ratchet that hold the bike 's wheel are too bulky. The bottom one I destroyed when I encounter a dip. The rest is holding on very well. Nothing, came lose or had any issues while traveling!!”
“I purchased the 18" adjustable motorcycle hitch as a means to transport my KTM Duke 390 (about 400 pounds) for an upcoming out-of-state move. There was a shipment delay of several weeks due to back order. There was no communication regarding the matter until I called about a week after I ordered the item. I was offered the 24" with no delay, but decided to wait. My only recommendation would be that the company provide order updates so the customer doesn't wonder what's going on. I docked the review by one star because of the communication matter.
I did a test run of the product hitched to a 2020 Honda CRV. I had installed a rear view camera just to keep an eye on it. I must admit I was initially nervous about pulling the motorcycle. But, the nervousness wore off after 20 miles of testing on winding roads and the interstate.”
“Needed a custom 2 e-bike rack for a couple very long e-bikes. I put it off until the last minute. Mowtow got the job done fast then arranged for expedited shipping. Just to make it more fun UPS changed our delivery address so there was no way we would get the rack in time. Mowtow responded to my desperate emails within minutes and fixed the problem with virtually no delay. On top of all of this, they were actually fun to work with; very nice folks! As previously noted the products hitch pin location is non standard so I had to drill a new hole in my bike rack’s receiver bar.”

The MoTow, with the lift is awesome! My bikes are 92 lbs each.
They load up very easily, the lift using a 20volt cordless drill works perfectly
The new Ebike Arms with welded hooks for two ratchet tie downs is very useful
The actual locks they are selling for the hitch are the best I have seen. Machined with zero weak points. ( very simple to break off all others in 2 seconds with a pipe)
