I was told by the sales person that the size of jacket I needed could be shipped to me via courier and I would receive it within a week. I doubled checked that it wasn't going to be shipped via Canada Post as they are on strike. She assured me it would not be Canada Post. I received my tracking email and the jacket I bought my son for Christmas is sitting in limbo at Canada Post. I emailed Mountain Warehouse customer service and got a scripted reply that my order was processed and changes aren't possible!

I ordered some gear and for some unknown reason 6 days after the postal strike they decided to send my product Canada post. We called and were dismissed as not our problem. The problem I have is that it’s winter gear and if the strike continues I may see my winter stuff half way thru the winter. Not good service..

They're years behind the time on going the extra mile for customer service, product verification (quality check) to ensure customers are getting what they're expecting and then taking responsibility for return shipping when the item sizes are clearly not accurate, plus there is no option for immediate exchange if I had wanted to do that.

Tracking information is inaccurate and, parcel is, in fact, nonexistent according to the delivery service. I have no idea whether it will eventually be delivered - and too late to use the item because I will have left the country by then!

Online is unreliable, Ordered on March 28 and after 5 days of noticing no changes in shipment tracking information I requested for a refund but customer service said "it could have been that there were no scanning done between locations and have to wait for few days", I waited 3 more days with no progress and requested for refund again.
