“I ordered shoes, delivered on time, lovely unfortunately to narrow.Returned first ckass at my cost.One week jater no acknowledgement of returned goods or money reimbursed!!!!! Not good enough, goods have surely been received,i am waiting another few days prior to taking further action.Very poor after sakes service”

“I hadn’t heard of Mozimo before so I was a bit nervous ordering online for the first time - once via Amazon and then directly online. Their service was exceptional, professional, prompt in dealing with my questions with email replies straight away, and the quality of my Peter Kaiser boots was five star (sadly I had to return them due to size not being right). I cannot recommend Mozimo enough. One complaint though: I had to pay 11.15 pounds to return the boots that I had purchased online which is a lot of money”
