“Item was ordered a week ago. Still hasn't arrived! I made contact a few days after ordering to be informed the item hadn't been available at the processing location and had to be sourced from another of their stores. Good customer service would have kept me informed of this sooner. I was told it would be delivered by royal mail signed for, and given an arrival date for the item. Still haven't got it! Very disappointed as the item was ordered for a birthday gift and subsequently had to purchase something additional, whilst I await the item.”

“Excellent service, goods were dispatched on day of order and delivered the next day. I was also given a tracking number which showed that the parcel had been delivered. The shoes I bought at Mozimo were the same as those I saw in a well known high street store which were double the price!”
