“I had to chase my order but once I talked direct to someone on the telephone they were very quick to fast track my order and I received my boots by upgraded special delivery the next day.”

“Original parcel arrived very quickly which was great. However, the shoes were too large and so I returned them by post the same day, 1st Dec, requesting a smaller size. So far I have received no acknowledgement of either my return or my exchange, so I am somewhat disappointed that the original excellent service did not continue and I'm glad that I have my proof of postage as I may need it!”

“Shopping on line with MO ZI MO was so easy the shoes arrived beautifully packed... perfect. However MO SI MO shoe shop is a great disappointment, years ago I would buy shoes and boots in different colours served by young lively, helpful staff who greeted you with a friendly smile. On my recent visit to the shop the staff were too busy chatting to say hello when I made a selection of shoes I was asked if I really wanted those as she had to go upstairs to get them!!!”

“I had an issue with the item I ordered was not delivered to my address. When I looked into it Royal Mail confirmed it had an incomplete address on it and that I would have to contact mozimo. I contacted mozimo and told I would have to sort it out by going to Royal Mail, collecting the item myself and if I didn't want it to resend it back to mozimo. The male I spoke to at mozimo didn't appear to realise that Royal Mail does not hand over packages willy nilly and will not hand over a package with an incomplete address attached to it even if I showed ID! He expected me to do all the work to retrieve the package , blaming myself for not giving a complete address (surely if this was right mozimo should have contacted the recipient to obtain the full address??) and he wasn't going to lift a finger. This showed how unprofessional mozimo really is and I will not be shopping with them again .”
