“Do not buy anything from this shop. They have terrible customer service. I have been waiting for my refund for 2 weeks now. I wrote them a couple of emails, which is absolutely useless because they never answer. I called them too. They promised me to do refund and to send confirmation yesterday. As you understand I still have got nothing. I called again today. They tell you same rubbish. If I don’t get anything till evening I am going to speak with them differently. I will go to my bank to cancel transaction and then involve government organs to check their company.”

We do advise it can take up to 14 working days for a refund to be processed, and then further advise it can take 3-5 working days for refunds to clear dependent on the bank you use. “I’m in Australia and I recently purchased a gift for my daughter living in the UK. The shoes were dispatched very quickly and arrived before expected. I have done this before with other online retailers and often there is great confusion when purchasing in one country and delivering in another. It is also sooo much easier than sending gifts from home which is expensive and can take weekks to arrive.”

“I have used Mozimo on a number of times and found them to be very efficient and helpful. This time my parcel did not arrive from Royal Mail . When I phoned Mozimo it was dealt with very quickly and I received a pair the following day . Thank you Mozimo”
