“Mozimo offer the sort of customer service that I thought had disappeared long ago. Prompt, courteous, efficient and customer focussed. What a pleasure, even when the item I purchased needed to be changed, I couldn't have been dealt with in a more helpful way. “Had a pair of full price Rieker Boots this year that I have loved and worn everyday. So checked on-line and Mozimo had them £20 cheaper and “IN MY SIZE”. They arrived astonishingly quickly and are now safely tucked away for Next Winter. Thank You Guys and Stay Safe.”

“Very, very impressed. I ordered some suede boots for my partner on December 18, later that day I had a phone call telling me I had missed the last safe post for arrival in time for Christmas. However the gentleman on the phone said he would send them complimentary first class delivery on Monday. I received them on Tuesday December 22. Thank you.”

“I received my boots with 2 hours of ordering them!! I realise this was above and beyond the usual service and because one of your team lives close by, but it was a lovely surprise! Boots are fab - I ordered 2 sizes as Gabor can come up a bit big. Just took the other pair back to the store when they had reopened and they passed them onto the mail order team. Got my refund a few days later. Thanks Mozimo - much appreciated x”

“I purchased some gabor brook boots. Helpful in replying to my email with a query. Excellent speedy receipt of goods. Lovely product really pleased. I bought the same boots but in a different colour 4 years ago and they are still going strong. Can recommend and will definately use Mozimo again.”
