“My order was not fulfilled due to quality problems on the product. I am still awaiting a refund.”

Hi Mrs. Ward, Thanks for your comments, according to our system you were refunded last week (4th Sept) and within our standard terms and conditions, it usually takes between 3-5 working days, dependent on your bank, for payment to clear. The bag you purchased failed our stringent QC checks, as the stitching on it had come undone, and has been returned to the supplier. Unfortunately this was the last one in stock and we were unable to source a replacement. Please feel free to call us on 01270 619484 and we'll be happy to explain and help you out further. “Easy ordering,very quick delivery,at no cost,but most of all I got the shoes I wanted at a very reasonable price. The only thing I would criticise is the two emails I received saying that I hadn't placed an order,even though I had an order number. Luckily I did not see these two emails until the next morning,otherwise I might have placed another order.There was a third email telling me the shoes were on their way.”

“I placed my order on a Saturday and the shoes were delivered on the next Thursday. This was acceptable as I wasn't in a hurry for them. The tracking service works well and my shoes were delivered by our postman. However, it is unusual these days to wait so long for a delivery. Could have been because I bought on SALE. I have had previous orders delivered by Mozimo and been very happy with the service.”

“I placed my first order a few weeks ago. I really liked the shoes and was impressed with the quick service. Imagine my huge disappointment when I opened my parcel and the shoes were very much different colours. I would have thought that this should be checked before dispatched. Not only did I feel disgusted but not a good first experience with your company. :-(”
