“No emails from company, when dispatched. Took a week to arrive. Returned item as was unsatisfactory. No email to say they had received or refunded my money.”

Some customers find that due to their security settings many of our automated emails generated, for such things as you mention, sometimes end up in 'Spam' or 'Junk' folders within mailboxes. “It is the first time I have ordered from this Company and I am delighted with the quick delivery, packaging and the way I was kept up to date with the order process. The shoes were very reasonably priced compared with some other Companies. I'm sure I will be using Mozimo again.”

“The speed with which I received my purchases was very good. Thank you. My only niggle is that the website can be a bit slow to filter the items you want to look at. This has happened a few times in the past, not just recently. When you have limited time, it becomes somewhat irritating.”
