“Because of the weight and value returning two pairs of boots cost over £13 at the post office!!!! I'll only ever use free return companies in future. Hopeless if you want to try a few pairs and in different sizes.”

“I ordered two pairs of Ecco boots which were delivered quickly, however they didn't fit so I began a return. No-where on the site does it say that you have to pay for returns but I understand that not everyone offers that so took them to the post office. I was told that because of the weight and the value it would cost over £13 to return!!!! I will only ever use companies that offer free returns in future. It is short sighted of them to operate in this way.”

“I had never heard of this company until I did a internet search for a product I was interested in. I was very happy with excellent customer service I spoke with Mike and ordered via telephone. Super quick delivery. I would recommend this company and I will be using them in the future. I have already recomended them to friends and family. And not to forget my shoes are dreamy very well made and so so comfortable.”
