“I'm sorry to have to put poor but since I placed my order on Monday I have not heard whether or not you have the shoes in stock or when I am likely to receive them. Would appreciate an update ???”

“This is the first time I have used your company, I am disappointed that I have had to chase you to find out when my order will be delivered. I was told on the telephone that my item was not in stock and being sent from a shop. I think as you took immediate payment from my account the very least you could have done was update me on my order. Disappointing compared to other online companies I use”

“I ordered a pair of mens fitflops from Mozimo, they arrived very quickly an d I am happy with the purchase. Furthermore, I first got interested in them after a sales promotion at some other on-line stores - none of them had my size so I was surprised to find Mozimo had my size and had a special offer on too - would recommend.”

“Very happy with Mozimo, will definitely make it my first point of call when looking for items for myself and others. It's cheaper than the competition, there's cashback available from Quidco, free delivery over £30 AND delivery doesn't have to be to a home address or that of the card holder (so great if you're not in during the day). My wife received her Gabor Virginia Ballerina pumps within 48 hours of me purchasing them!”
