“The only thing I can review is the service from Royal Mail as it is now Tuesday 27th @ 8am and I still have not received my order. Maybe it is down to bank holiday but perhaps change to DHL who are very efficient. for delivery I score 2”

“I haven't received my purchase yet but funds went out from my account a few days ago. I rang up to make enquiries about delivery and was promised an email to update me but it never arrived. Disappointing! Now leaves me with a problem because I now may not be able to receive my goods due to being away.”

“I bought a pair of shoes from Mozimo exactly a week ago and they sent me an email a few days later saying that the shoes were being despatched by Royal Mail and gave me the tracking number. That was on Monday and it is now Friday and every day when I go onto the Royal Mail website I get the message that they have been notified that the item is being shipped and that the next scan will appear when they receive the item. No sign of them having been given to Royal Mail yet so that's why I'm giving them a poor review!”

Hi, once the items have left our distribution centre it then becomes a Royal Mail service. Thank you for your feedback as it helps us to improve our future services.

“Still don't know if the item has been sent yet! According to Royal Mail tracking they have been notified that the item is to be sent but have not received it from Mozimo to allow delivery, most items I order online are usually here within 4-5 days!”
