“Very happy with my first purchase from Mozimo. They were the only company to have the Fitflops that I wanted in the size and colour I wanted. As they were £30 I had free delivery, which was estimated as 3-5 days and I am happy to say I received them on day 3.”

“Excellent customer service when Royal Mail did not deliver parcel on next day delivery option. Extra cost of this quick delivery refunded and firm followed up with Royal mail to make sure the shoes arrived in time for celebration.”

“I understood from the website that I didn't have to sign for the delivery. When ordering, I was asked to specify a "safe place" to leave my order, which I did. However, the package had to be signed for. As a result, I didn't receive my order in time for when I needed it.”

You are correct in what you say, in that when ordering you are given the option to state a 'safe place' to which you may wish your delivery to be left, and this is correct across our standard and Next Day Service. Looking at you're order, you purchased our next day delivery service, which does requires a signature, as it is a guaranteed service before 1pm...we agree that this can be slightly confusing in conjunction with the 'safe place' option, so apologise for any convenience caused by this. “THe shoes I wanted were in stock and I managed to get a 10% discount with a voucher. The shoes were delivered within 5 days, but I was not able to track it through the Post Office. THey just got delivered, so still no complaints.”
