“Really pleased with the quality of the materials and a classic design that i couldnt find elsewhere. Great value with speedy delivery at no extra cost. The shoes are comfortable to wear. I am having to travel light and wanted a 'one pair for all occasions' shoe and this fits the bill perfectly.”

“Delighted with the purchase. Transaction went very smoothly. Delivery was fine but after receiving an email informing me that my order had been dispatched it took longer than I'd expected to arrive.I was beginning to think the parcel had got lost.It would have been helpful if in the email I'd been given a rough idea of how long the delivery time would be.This is not meant as a criticism,as I am delighted with both the service and the purchase but meant more as a helpful comment. I shall certainly shop with you again in the future. Many thanks.”

“Oh how I would love to have reviewed my two pairs of shoes. But no, I never received them! After waiting a few days I logged onto my account to check if they had been dispatched, it said stilling processing, so I sent a polite message via the website enquiry on the status of my order. Never received a reply. Eight days after placing my order I received a very short email saying unable to full fill my order and it had been refunded, no reason given! Why was my card charged when you obviously didn't have the stock? I have worked for two internet companies so I know how the system should work, not impressed guys, could do a lot better on the customer service!!!”
