“Order placed on Tuesday and received by recorded delivery on Saturday morning - the store having had to wait for an order to come in - very helpful staff on the telephone and FitFlops at a bargain price. I would definitely use Mozimo again - thank you, thrilled with my order.”

“I have 5 pairs of these Fitflop Due shoes now!! I have found the 5.5 shoes are a better fit, as I have always taken a size 6 but had to put Heel Grips in the size 6 Fitflop Due shoes, but these are my 2nd pair of size 5.5 and they fit like a glove!! I love these shoes, they look so smart for work or going out in, they are so comfy too!! If you love Fitflops then they are a must for your Fitflop collection!! I am on my feet all day at work and I can't wear any other make of shoes since trying Fitflops, it's like wearing your Slippers all day!!”

“I have completed my order & paid for the goods - a few days later I received an email to state that the shoes are currently out of stock - there was no mention of this when I ordered - I have replied to the email as I have bought the shoes for my holiday in 10 days time - i have asked for an expected delivery date but had no reply”

I'd already bought a pair of these sandals in the beige & they're so comfortable - have been looking for the black ones at a good price & found them here, much cheaper than my original purchase elsewhere. “The item I ordered was not dispatched - due to a fault in the product, so I was told. I was not informed and only found out when I chased up the order. Since I had paid for next day delivery I was not amused. By the time I realised that Mozimo would not fulfil my order it was too late to order from elsewhere to get delivery by the date I wanted.”

“I contacted Mozimo website operator re query on stock - conflicting information on their website and Amazon. Efficiently reassured that Mozimo had the item and my shoes were delivered within a few days. Excellent service and will continue to use Mozimo for online shopping.”
