“I have brought my favourite peter Kaiser shoes from you before however this time to actually get shoes to Australia I have had to get them sent to my daughter in the Uk and ship them myself . Your website would not accept Australia as a destination and despite numerous emails the problem remained , NOT GOOD . It was a Pity that the reply I did get was it was working at your end . I can assure you it wasnt working at mine”

“Always anxious about shopping on-line, but when my item was slow to be delivered, I rang and got an extremely friendly and helpful response. Item no longer available, sadly, but the telephone service left me feeling perfectly happy.”

“This is the fisrst Gabor purse I own and I love it. Purchased it because I was looking for the combination of red, white and blue and this is what I found on the internet, at Mozimo. The purse is beautiful and the shipping expeditiously. I am happy to be acquainted with Mozimo and the Gabor items”

“I have never used this company before but saw they are stockists of FITFLOPS and I wanted some to take on holiday this month. I ordered for my husband and also myself. Unfortunately the "slide" style for my husband was too narrow and clearly not suitable, mine were perfect. His have been returned, using a free post label. I chose a style with a discreet embellishment but tastefully so and thus suitable for day or evening. I shall expect to use Mozimo again!”

“These boots are incredibly comfortable and fit perfectly. The only negative is that the soles appear a little slippery in the wet, but maybe this will lessen as the soles wear.”

“very impressed with shoes and dispatch service received. However I did send a polite email directly to Mozimo whilst my order was in transit to say further to ordering I had subsequently found these shoes cheaper on Amazon (£55.82 compared to their £69.99) and asked if they would consider price matching ( I also found a 10% discount code on voucher codes for Mozimo ). However they didn't even acknowledge the email, the least they could have done was to reply and say sorry we can't ,but to completely ignore this email was rude . Considering they also had this discount on voucher codes a token refund would have been nice. Would I shop with them again ? Debatable !”

“Received on time , customer service pleasant and helpful - one boot did look as though it had been tried on quite a few times , and there were no foam inserts (which always come with Gabor boots)to keep the boots in shape, but that apart everything else was good.”

“Unfortunately boots were slightly small fit. Problem is with sizing, I take a UK size 8 which some shoe companies class as EU 41 but as I have one foot slightly larger than the other it is just too small. The EU sizing is very confusing.”
