“I was thrilled to find the very shoes I wanted on your website and was even happier because they were reduced. I placed my order very late on Tuesday and they arrived on Friday of the same week. I was very impressed with the excellent service provided.”

“Mozimo had a great selection of footwear but specifically the make (Gabor), style and size I wanted. (this was a gift for someone). The fact that there was a discount for first time users made me go with Mozimo rather than anyone else. The standard delivery took 5 days from placing the order which was OK. The shoes were perfect on arrival. Criticisms. Very minor. I could not get the web site to give me the discount so I phoned instead, the phone service was excellent. I was told the shoes should arrive on a Thursday but it was in fact the following Saturday. This did not detract from the service and I would happily use Mozimo again.”

“Great value and speedy delivery. I would definitely use Mozimo again. The only slight comment I have is that the box within which the shoes I bought was rather crushed. This wouldn't normally be an issue at all, except they were a gift.”

“We spoke on the phone about Chatham shoes because we noticed their was no guarantee online. The lady was most informative and told us we could send off to Chatham direct to get a guarantee. She then offered to order the shoes rather than order online. She was most helpful and after ordering them on a Saturday they arrived on the Monday. I was very impressed with the service.”

“The web site is good and eady to manage , delivery quick.On this experience I was very disappointed in the presentation and quality of the trainers I ordered, looked as if they had been worn and returned, and one shoe had a faulty heal, probably cause of return. I returned to shop at Nantwich, no problem, but I've yet to receive a refunec.previous orders have been of excellent service and quality”
