“Although the shoes I bought were the right length they were not wide enough,unusual for Gabor and the first pair if size 9's hat have been narrow. I suspect I am not the only one to have found this problem and hence why they were alf price in the sale. Ordering, timing of delivery and returns are all excellent however”

“Very slow at giving credit when items are returned. I returned shoes 13 days ago and still not confirmation of receiving items. This is not the first time that I have had problems, but it will be the last.”

“I ordered a pair of Peter Kaiser navy shoes for a wedding. When they arrived they were black. The shoe box was labelled with all of the correct details for navy but it contained the wrong shoes. I rang customer services who were sympathetic and promised that they would try and trace a pair of navy in my size. I was promised a call back either the following day which was a Friday, or the next Monday. However no one called me back. I wasted a lot of time over this and I would never order from Mozimo ever again.”
