“Ordered shoes to wear to a function. Had to chase order only to be told Mozimo were trying to locate a pair for me. Have requested a refund if shoes can't be delivered on time. So far no reply from Mozimo. Very unhappy customer. My main complaint is the lack of communication.”

“I first phoned to confirm the shoes i wanted were in stock because i was going away and couldn't be sure of getting the delivery. The help given was faultless. A pair in my size was put on one side until my return, dispatched when i phoned 10 days later and received the following day. Excellent service - and the shoes are good too!”

“Mozimo was the only place I could find the sandals I was looking for, so decided to take a punt, having never heard of them before. The service was excellent, and I would definitely use them again. Free postage over £30 plus free returns is a great deal. One small criticism - if I had wanted to return them I wouldn't have been able to use the plastic bag as it was packed and taped really tightly and had to be cut off.”
