No-where on the site does it say that you have to pay for returns but I understand that not everyone offers that so took them to the post office.

The returns label was not a tracked returns, despite the parcel being sent out as tracked meaning that I felt that they only cared about their side of the delivery and that my side was not important to them.

I had to try these shoes before committing and it said to use the pre paid returns label but when I opened the box the ore paid returns label had already been removed.
So I had to pay
I'd appreciate that return postage refunded ideally.

However, I think they should have arrived in a box rather than a bag as this resulted in the invoice being crumpled with the free returns sticker stuck to the inside of the bag.
