Ordered a pair of shoes and they arrived in less than 48 hours. Had to return them for another pair as they were slight too small. Very polite, helpful lady on the phone sorted it out and they arrived again in 48 hours. Amazing service and a lovely company to deal with. Small independent retailer which should be supported.
