“I purchased a pair of slippers at £34.99 and postage delivery cost £3.99. Unfortunately the slippers were too big, so it cost a further £4 to return them. That amounts to £8 costs without a purchase.”

“During Black Friday, they accepted an order with a large processing discount, but in the end, after a large amount of time, the site canceled this order. They’re simply refused to sell shoes at 30% off and offered to order them at 15% discount instead. I missed the opportunity to buy this shoes from another site, because I was counting on this website and 30% discount.”

“Great price and quick delivery. The shoes were despatched quickly but, due to postal strikes, the tracking showed that the parcel was delayed. When I contacted Mozimo the staff quickly checked it for me and got back to me quickly to confirm that the parcel was on its way. They even checked a few days later to make sure that it had arrived safely.”

“Received my order but unfortunately the boots I bought (Black Suede Ankle Boots) were less than perfect. They were scraped on suede & some of the suede was bare so not sure if these boots were real suede at all! I don’t like writing negative reviews but have to be honest. Called customer service to explain the state of the boots & they were super helpful & apologetic. Also, they sent a pre-paid return label as these boots were faulty. Such a shame as they were a beautiful style.”

He was also very friendly and knowledgeable and sorted everything out for me and I ordered the shoes. “My ECCO shoes finally arrived after 10 working days - not Mozimo fault though if I were them might be tempted to move business away until Royal Mail resolve their disputes! Shoes just what I wanted and at a good price. 5 star given to balance my earlier 1 star for missing order!”
