“Previously the service has been good. This time sadly it has not. I ordered a pair of shoes on over a week ago & had confirmation & payment taken. Yesterday I received an email advising a 'problem' with stock and that a refund had been made. When I checked the website the shoes were still in stock. No further explanation followed my email responses. Disappointed!”

“Very happy The only complaint I have is that there isn't a picture of someone wearing the boots I bought, so I can see how high on the leg they come, I had to go onto another site to see this. Boots very delivered on the 4th day.”

“Process all very easy. The only downside was on returning those shoes not suitable (had ordered 3 pairs) was the return. Chose the option to return to shop and whilst the staff were extremely helpful the process is not smooth as they do not have facility to refund.”
