“Shoes arrived in a couple of days and they are gorgeous. Beautifully wrapped with a lovely silk bag for them to be stored in. Shoes had bows on the toe which was slightly bent but should be able to sort that out.”

“I wasnt too happy with the results of my order as I am sure, I ordered for an "open toe" stockings but what arrived is the closed toe one. You must correct your website at one. I spoke to your lady that I wanted to return it as its still sealed anyways, but she said it cannot be returned, so I am very unhappy with that.”

“Packaging is poor. Tears easily when opened - is this to discourage people from returning goods if they have to go to the trouble of finding new packaging? Does not compare well with another well known online shoe supplier who provide free delivery and returns and very solid, easily opened packaging.”

Thanks for your feeback, we take all customer comments on board and strive to improve our service as much as possible. Our parcels are sent out tightly packed to avoid shoes being moved around within and lids coming off the boxes in transit. The bags we use are similar to most online retailers and we secure them with our branded tape. If you ever needed to return a parcel we are more than happy for them to be packaged however you wish :)
