“Shoes great as expected, price better than other internet sources. But immensely irritating to be sent emails about not having completed a purchase, and do I need help? It makes me hesitant to browse if I can expect to be inundated with patronising emails as a result.”

“Very happy with my purchase, i took the advice from other reviews and ordered a size smaller. Good quality sandals, the only downside i found is that there is a sort of squeak every time i walk from where the bare sole of my feet makes contact with the inside sole when i walk, thank goodness it eventually goes away!”

“The "poor" is just for the shoes as the Customer Service, ordering, delivery etc were excellent! The shoes, such a beautiful and graceful design but not thought through. The sling is too long and really works like a sling. You make a step, your heel lifts and then the sandal, pulled by the "sling" makes a clapping or flapping noise like a slipper or flip-flop. Not very elegant. Big disappointment and just to think, the sandals come in so many colours...”

“The first order was delivered very quickly. Unfortunately, had to return the boots due to the wrong sizing and order a different size. No hassle return with a pre paid label supplied. The second order arrived promptly too. Very pleased with the service.”

“Great shoes, I love them! A previous reviewer thought the shoes were too masculine but this is what I have been searching for. I wanted women's shoes which look like men's brogues! Being slim and 5ft 6in, I can carry off this look: loose fit trousers, fitting top, pearls. Such comfy shoes and super quality leather!”
