“I wanted to purchase a pair of shoes I had seen on your website. As I was staying in Chester decided to go to the store as I didn’t know what size to order online-5.5 or 6. Spoke to a very pleasant & helpful lady on Monday morning-sorry didn’t get her name. She said she would get both sizes I needed to try on delivered to the Chester store by Wednesday morning. Sure enough yesterday morning they were in the store. Again saw another very pleasant & helpful lady-nothing was too much trouble for her-again didn’t get her name. Tried both sizes on - the 5.5 fitted perfectly. The shoes that I purchased were Gabor-Viola in Cognac. Added bonus they were in the sale at £71.25! Thank you ladies for being most helpful - most importantly for the great customer service. Due the friendliness of the assistant my husband also purchased a pair of shoes. I have purchased shoes/boots in the past from Mozimo-years ago you sent out discount cards. I told the assistant I would be back next year to purchase shoes & a bag for my sons wedding-only problem I will be spoilt for choice! Thanks so much for all your help ladies.”

“Initial purchase was OK. Shoes arrived promptly. However I have since returned the shoes requesting an exchange for a half size smaller (shoes posted first class Monday 12 July) and have not heard from Mozimo at all about this. Hence only 3 stars.”

“I feel as though I never want to step over their threshold again! From the moment that I entered, twenty minutes before closing time, one of the two assist did nothing but make comments about it being closing time, locking the door - which was locked before closing time and had to be unlocked to let me out - and other pointed comments. I have never felt so unwelcome in a shop! I live in Nantwich, but will NOT be shopping locally for specific brand shoes in future.”
